Three eras of warfare are on display this week from Warlord Games. There's a pair of armored carriers (ok, it's really the same, but one's got a tarp over it) for Bolt Action. There's some new Vikings for Hail Caesar. But arguably the big one is a new Black Powder supplment available to pre-order called Dark and Bloody Ground. Let's take a look at them all.
The Loyd carrier was one of many small tracked vehicles utilised by the British and Commonwealth forces on all fronts of the Second World War. They were primarily used to transport both men and equipment around the battlefield and to move infantry support weapons. They were often used alongside the Bren, Scout and Machine gun carriers.
Transport your men and equipment to the front with the new Loyd Personnel Carrier.
Armed with spears, round and kite shields, the huscarls are usually the personal retinue of the king and are made up of venerable warriors and personal friends of the king.
Fought between 1754 and 1763, this conflict saw the French and British empires fighting for dominance of Canada and North America. The European armies had to overcome harsh weather conditions and the equally unforgiving wilderness before fighting battles and skirmishes in which little quarter was asked for or given.
