Monday Terrain Corner

Monday.
It doesn't even really sound all that nice, honestly.
... Monday...
Oh well. We'll make it through and back towards the weekend. Starting out, though, we've gotta make your tabletops look good.

Today in the Terrain Corner we have: Waterloo Terrain Available From Brigade Models, Pre-Orders Open For Mantic's Terrain Crate 2, New Infinity Terrain Available From TTCombat, and Hive City Residence Available From Tabletop Scenics.

Waterloo Terrain Available From Brigade Models

For ages I’ve been planning to add a set of Waterloo buildings to the Small Scale Scenery range. To be honest I have also spent some of the time putting them off, since my first initial look into them showed that quite a bit of research would be needed along with a measure of educated guessing – especially with Château Hougoumont, the largest and most iconic of the buildings on the battlefield.

However, I’ve girded my loins and with much help from my friend Mark Harris, erstwhile Treasurer of Maidstone Wargames Society and a Napoleonic buff, we’ve ended up with what we think is a good representation of the buildings of 1815.

The set includes four different items, all resin castings; the largest being the aforementioned Château Hougoumont. Not many of the original buildings are still standing, so our version is a result of interpreting contemporary illustrations, plans and satellite views.

Pre-Orders Open For Mantic's Terrain Crate 2

Late pledges are now available for the TerrainCrate 2 Kickstarter! Don't miss this final opportunity to grab a bargain and bag yourself a bucket load of plastic scenery that's perfect for a huge variety of games:

  • RPGs
  • Historical wargames
  • Post-apocalyptic
  • Fantasy
  • Cthulhu-esque mystery
  • Zombie survival
  • Skirmish wargames

Anything else you can think of really!

New Infinity Terrain Available From TTCombat

It’s new release time again, and it’s time for our first official Infinity terrain!

That’s right, it’s Friday again, which means:

A. Everyone can basically stop working for the day and not get told off.

B. New TTCombat releases!

This week we have some new Tabletop Scenics products, specifically for our Sci-Fi Utopia range. You may have heard already, but this new scenery is the first official TTCombat Corvus Belli partnership Infinity branded terrain. It’s a pretty big deal! We’ve long been fans of the game, and are proud to show our first outing into terrain designed for Infinity.

Without further posturing, let’s look at what’s released today!
