Lords of Vlachold Faction For Battleground Fantasy Warfare Coming To Kickstarter

Battleground Fantasy Warfare is a fantasy miniatures game that doesn't use minis. Instead, units are represented by card units that you place on the field. For those that like the idea of a minis game, but don't want to have to assemble and paint any figures, it's the game for you. An entire army can fit in a pocket. Well, the game is getting a new faction, the Lords of Vlachold. Your Move Games will be bringing this new faction to Kickstarter soon.

Your Move Games will be launching its Kickstarter campaign for the Lords of Vlachold on June 16th, 2020. The Lords of Vlachold is the newest faction for Battleground Fantasy Warfare, the tactical miniature wargame - without miniatures!

The Lords of Vlachold is a gothic horror faction featuring cruel vampire Lords and their mortal Vassals. Players field units of vampires that can Drain their living troops (and sometimes their enemies) to fuel their magical Blood Powers. The Lords of Vlachold box set will include over 70 units cards, a 30-card deck of Command Cards, a comprehensive Rulebook, and Quick Start rules to get you playing immediately. All you need are six-sided dice and a dry erase marker.

Battleground Fantasy Warfare is the award-winning tabletop wargame of tactics and maneuver. Units are represented by cards portraying the warriors and their characteristics, with things like orders and damage tracked by writing directly on the card with dry erase markers. Each player builds their army, deploy their units, and assigns them orders. Once the battle begins, each player only has a limited ability to command their army.
