Villains... they're always trying to take over the world (or blow it up, or something). Superheroes. They're always trying to save the world. It's a delicate balance, sometimes with the villains pretending to be heroes in order to keep everyone off their track. But, eventually, a fight almost always breaks out. In the end, will the Earth be saved or not? That's up to you to decide in Battle: Superheroes vs. Villains, a new card game available from Gather Together Games.
From the announcement:
Gather Together Games has released their first original card game, BATTLE: Superheroes vs. Villains, on Amazon. The game is easy-to-learn while providing multiple game play strategies. This makes BATTLE perfect for groups of 4 to 10 players of all experience levels.
Players are dealt an identity card of either a superhero or villain. Each identity team will work together to win the battle.
Players try to improve their hand by drawing and discarding cards. Once the Battle card is randomly flipped up from the middle deck, the battle begins. The player that flipped the Battle card will lay down a numbered card. The next player must match or beat the number laid. There are action cards mixed in to keep things interesting!
Each round resets the teams and randomizes the battle card. This keeps each player engaged and provides an opportunity for different strategies to prevail each round.
