Fridaaaaaaay! Woo! Have to admit, I had, at several points, kinda felt that yesterday should've been Friday. I certainly felt that way when I clocked out. Then, it was like, "Oh... wait... no... it's Thursday... damn..." Oh well. Today is, in fact, Friday. That means weekend. That means also noshing on some bite-sized gaming stories. Today on the platter we have:
MkV turrets are finally back

Frank Lloyd Dice was created for gamers who are looking to get more out of their tabletop accessories. Your characters, your backgrounds, your stories, plots and adventures are so unique, and we feel your gaming accessories should be too.
Our Kickstarter lineup features a curated set of initiative trackers, a dice vault, tray, and tower inspired by mid-century modern design, flowing asymmetry, and subtle dice motifs.
Those who've backed our previous campaign know that we are still fledgeling Kickstarters, who came up with a unique design and pattern for Pride Dice that puts a smile on the face of nearly everyone who views them. Unfortunately, we fell short of our lofty goals - we did manage to complete a dice run of four colors in one pattern combination, but we have plenty of other colors and potential variants of each to do, and we need your help to make them a reality!
The Dragons are back! After many requests from backers, Black Oak Workshop is proud to present our new lineup of Dragon themed polyhedral dice sets. Our dragons have ravaged game tables all across the world since first taking flight and they have only grown in terror and popularity! Below are our latest combinations.
Last year we launched our first Kickstarter and 1,603 of you wonderful people helped us bring our dream to life. We had a blast fulfilling it and are excited to share our latest creations with you!
Handcrafted, superior quality dice sets in one of the five classic chromatic dragon colours; red, green, blue, black and white.
Using a brand-new creative process, these unique and superior quality dice combine beauty with precision engineering. Available in both round and diamond-edged finish.
You seldom hear the phrase ‘Precision engineering’ used when describing a handcrafted designer dice collection, but with the Dragon Eye Dice the two worlds are seamlessly merged into one, thanks to the new Dead Center positioning technology. These handcrafted dice are the first to have a gemstone sphere placed in the dead centre ensuring balance as well as an amazing look. To complete the creation, the gemstone eye is not only placed in the centre of the die but it is also orientated to look out through the top number, giving you the dragon eye critical role.
When I first learned to sculpt miniatures around 10 years ago I sculpted some pieces based on medieval marginalia, something I have been fascinated with for years. I always intended on making more but somehow it took this long to do it. I have decided to pick some of my favourite illustrations and reproduce them in 3 dimensions, scroll down for images of the painted miniatures and the original medieval art!
