Many gamer adults are out there looking for games perfect to bring their little ones into the gaming world. Well, Fairies of the Mistglade might be just the one they're looking for. It's multi-tiered, so it fits a wide range of age groups and complexity. And it fits with 5th Edition D&D, so you can bring little gamers up to know that system that's played around the world. The book is up on Kickstarter now.
From the campaign:
FFRPG is an all-in-one, multi-tiered, educational role-playing system for young children loosely based on the 5e ruleset. The three age-based tiers (Tier 1: ages 3-5, Tier 2: ages 5-8, Tier 3: age 8+) allow the youngest adventurers to navigate scenarios using simple pattern recognition and early developmental skills in Tier I; advancing to arithmetic, geometry, and problem-solving in Tiers II and III. FFRPG aims to immerse players in a rich role-playing and fantasy environment; the magical enchanted forest of the Mistglade. Carefully crafted adventure modules with storybook illustrations will detail multiple short chapters (1 hour or less) including story time, map creation, teamwork challenges, individual challenges, and rewards. Your young heroes can repeat the adventures at higher tiers and with different character classes to provide new experiences and memories.
Whether it is just you and your child or the entire family, Family Fantasy RPG will electrify your young adventurer's imagination as well as provide educational support and developmental skills.
The campaign is up and running now and is set to go for another 20 days.
