I was born at a very young age. I plan on living forever. So far, so good.

Worth noting that this brought a large restock of the main game and already released packs too which seemed to have largely sold out.

It’s about time! I know several people, myself included, that have been waiting months for this! Glad it’s finally out.

    Yes, please.

Meh, we already got bored playing with them.

Out of stock already … assuming they really were in stock.

I pick my set up this afternoon. Yay!

Picked it up and added a GF9 Death Star mat. Awesome!

So is this game actually that fun then and worth the price? That the starter set comes with three ships seems underwhelming to me.

    • I actually really enjoy the game, personally. I think it’s at least worth a try, even if you don’t end up getting into it.

It’s everything you could dream of for Star Wars, and more …

But you will need to add on, or that starter set gets dull fast.

Cool. I guess I just need to wait until there are a few more supplements and loads of bored teenagers pawning off their stuff on eBay. Right now, I still have Firestorm Armada ships to buy — they’re so damn BIG! I love that. So, if this game is set up to eventually include star destroyers, or at least corellian corvettes, then that will cinch it.

My favorite space combat game though will always be Renegade Legion: Interceptor. If you’ve never played this OOP gem from FASA then you owe it to yourself to buy a copy, which still generally sell for less than $20 on eBay (and c-in-c still produces the minis for it). Vastly superior to old skool Battletech with the best damage system ever.
