Dwarf Bikers

So, as I was in a car for just slightly more than 1/2 of yesterday, I didn’t get much of a chance to post up the Midweek Snippets post. As such, I’m rolling it in with today’s Terrain Corner, as I have a bit of time right now to do so (and to give you a “peek behind the curtain,” I’m actually typing this late at night here on Wednesday).

Anyway, in this Terrain Corner/Snippets post we have: Gaddis Gaming Launches 28mm WWII Miniatures Kickstarter, Turn One Gaming Supplies Releases 8-Bit Dice, Donnybrook skirmish game rulebook now available, Post Apocalyptic Dwarf Bikers Up On Kickstarter, Round-Lip Space Dungeon Bases Available From Tabletop-Art, Heroic Maps – Giant Maps: The Great Labyrinth Now Available, MidKnight Heroes Super Chibi Finial sculpts are in and late pledge extended, Crossover Miniatures Releases Frederick Class Airship, Meka Desert: Pwork Wargames science fiction gaming mat, Gamelyn responds to backers with only 3 days left, and Battle Valor Games 15mm Fantasy New Releases.

Gaddis Gaming Launches 28mm WWII Miniatures Kickstarter

Gaddis Gaming

Gaddis Gaming is proud to announce that we will be the producer of 28mm WWII Miniatures. We have acquired over 800 individual molds that can begin casting to make us the manufacturer of 28mm metal figures for WWII gaming. Gaddis Gaming, based in Detroit MI, also produced the successful TableTopper in 2015. We have decided to build on the success of our TableToppers and Out-Of-Play-Zones (OOPZ) by expanding into 28mm Miniatures with the first range being the six major nations of the WWII, including Italians.

Turn One Gaming Supplies Releases 8-Bit Dice

Today, Turn One Gaming Supplies releases a fun retro video game spin on the traditional D6: 8-Bit Dice™
The 8-Bit Dice line features three unique sets of dice: Blocks, Monochrome and Hearts. Each set represents a different genre of gaming from the 1980s and 1990s. Each die is 18mm in size and comes in a blister pack of 6. MSRP $9.95 USD

Donnybrook skirmish game rulebook now available

Donnybrook Cover 96dpi

The Donnybrook skirmish game by Clarence Harrison and Barry Hilton from Wordtwister Publishing is finally available in PDF. Like all of our digital titles, it is available in two formats:

High Resolution (300dpi)
This version has been configured for printing (and is pretty much the same file we sent to the… err… printer). It looks absolutely stunning on desktops and laptops. Like any PDF you can load it onto your tablet but with its large file size it makes viewing cumbersome.

Low Resolution (96dpi)
This pdf has been optimized for fast viewing on tablets. Like any PDF you CAN print this file but the 96dpi resolution may render less than satisfying results.

You can place your order at the League of Augsburg Shop. We still have a few books available as well so you can still get a hard copy if you prefer!

Heroic Maps – Giant Maps: The Great Labyrinth Now Available

Great Labyrinth

The builders of the Great Labyrinth are unknown, but the forbidding structure has stood for centuries, birthing dozens of legends, tales and stories. People say that the centre hides a great treasure, others a fearsome beast, others that it has no centre. Over the years various groups have used the Labyrinth for their own purposes. Lord Vantarg would send prisoners in and take bets on their survival, whilst the Thieves Guild of Heramar tested their initiates by ordering them to retrieve items hidden deep within. Most never returned from the deadly maze!
A printable rpg battlemap compatible with any RPG/Dungeon-Crawl or skirmish game. Use as a standalone gameboard, or combine with any same-scale tileset. The map is 50×50, equivalent to 25 of our standard 10×10 tiles.

Crossover Miniatures Releases Frederick Class Airship

Every Prussian and/or Sky Pirate needs a vessel that suits them when they fly the deadly skies. Here is the Frederik Class Airship to fill that roll.

I’m very happy to get this guy out for sale, it represents many hours of hard work. It’s just the thing to ferry your dastardly air travelers around the table.

It’s 54cm long and 17cm high (21inches long by 17inches tall for colonials) with lots of deck space for action and features for character.

Meka Desert: Pwork Wargames science fiction gaming mat

Gamelyn responds to backers with only 3 days left

Gamelyn

Gamelyn Games, responsible for bringing us the Tiny Epic series, has had a long track record of being friendly to backers. Perhaps more than any other board game producer Gamelyn adjusts its campaigns to backer feedback. No matter how painful or how late in the campaign it is.

With only a few days remaining in the campaign, I can’t imagine any project that would have been able to add new components into the project 3 days before the campaign ended. Especially not a campaign which wasn’t supposed to have any modifications at all!

Word of advice: Don’t bet against Gamelyn!
