Two New Releases Available for Bolt Action

Who wants to walk into battle? Nobody, that’s who. You want to get there in style. And what’s cooler than getting to the fight in a cool motorcycle? Perhaps a tank? Well, the Germans were doing both in WWII, and Warlord Games is giving you two vehicles related to that. The first is the new German Feldgendarme Motorcycle Team. The other is NOT a new piece of German armor. It’s the other side of the battle with the Bedford OY SP 3-pdr, as the British fought against said Germans. Both are available over in the Warlord Games webshop.

New Pike & Shotte Releases Available From Warlord Games

One thing about Historical games is that you often get to play characters that were actual people and had actual lives. … I guess it’s a bit different if you play a young version of them and they get killed off in a fight… Ah well, that’s half the fun. Anyway, Warlord Games is expanding their Pike & Shotte line with some new Landsknecht units and a couple characters to lead them into battle.

New Bolt Action Releases Available From Warlord Games

Not everyone in Britain was against the Germans leading up to WWII (and even during it). Popular culture might say that it was everyone in the world versus the Germans, Italians, and Japanese, but it was not the case. For Bolt Action, Warlord Games has created a figure for Sir Oswald Mosley, someone who thought getting involved in the continental war was not the right thing to do. And then, on the other side of things, they have the British Expeditionary Force Infantry Section, because y’know… the British did fight in WWII.

New Napoleonic Releases Available From Warlord Games

One thing with miniatures is that you can change just a couple things on a figure and get a whole new miniature out of it. This economy of sculpts lets a company put out a large number of figures in a relatively short amount of time. By changing the type of weapon on a gun carriage, for example, you can get several different types of artillery piece. Or, if you change who’s at the head of a mule train, you get a different-looking diorama piece. Well, with the new sets of figures from Warlord Games for Black Powder.
