Tabletop Scenics

So, upsides and downsides. Downside: it's Monday. Upside: it's October. Downside: the weekend is really far away. Upside: I have gaming already lined up for said weekend. Downside: I was reaaally comfy this morning and didn't want to get out of bed. Upside: It's been a pretty decent morning, so far, with some really great e-mails in my inbox on some really cool projects I'm helping out with. Also upside: we've got some terrain articles for you. Also, also upside: After the first "downside/upside," my mental narration turned into Tom Bodett's voice, a-la Good Idea/Bad Idea.

Today in the Terrain Corner we have: New Plastic Church Terrain From Warlord Games, Darkburg Gaming Mat Available From Pwork Wargames, and New Triumphal Arch Available From Tabletop Scenics.

Well, it's the price we pay for having a weekend: there has to be a week to go with it. Can't have up without down, light without dark, left without right, weekend without week. But we'll make it back to the weekend eventually. Also, it's Autumn! Woo! *dances around with pumpkins in the falling leaves* So, as it's Monday, lets get your gaming tables looking good.

Today in the Terrain Corner we have: Tabletop Scenics Taking Orders For Genetorum, Badlands Gaming Mat Available From Pwork Wargame, and The Wizard's Tower 3D Printable Terrain Up On Kickstarter.

Well, it's Monday once again. I can't really say I'm all that thrilled about it. But waddyagonnado? I can't speed up time or alter the harvest (though, entirely tangentially, I had some just-picked Honeycrisp apples this weekend that were (censored) amazing. So that harvest is going well). Anyway, seeing as it's Monday, let's get you a new crop of terrain stories.

Today in the Terrain Corner we have: Lady Dragon Running RPG Mat Kickstarter, New Line of 15mm Terrain is available at Crescent Root Studio, and Hive City Cathedral Available From Tabletop Scenics.

Hellooooo, Monday... *squinty-eyes*
We all knew it was coming, and here it is... Monday, the start of the work week, the furthest we'll be from next weekend. Ah well, might as well make the best of it and get our gaming tables looking good.

Today in the Terrain Corner we have: New 28mm Terrain Series now available from Crescent Root Studio and Industrial Pipes - 90 degrees Available From Tabletop Scenics.

We've made it to Thursday. Just a bit more work and we'll get back to the weekend. I'm sure we can do it. And while I'm thinking my weekend might be filled with a deep-cleaning of the apartment, that doesn't mean you can't go and do some gaming. In fact, if someone out there could do some extra gaming for me, that'd be appreciated. And when you're out gaming, you'll probably want to have some nice terrain. So let's take care of that.

Today in the Terrain Corner we have: Industrial Pipe - 45 degrees Available From Tabletop Scenics, Acheson Creations' Last Two Viking Buildings Now Available, and Dark Gotham Game Mat Available From Pwork Wargame.

Obviously my favorite Terrain Corner of the week, it's time for the Thursday Terrain Corner. I've got an almost ridiculous amount of gaming lined up for the weekend. And that means we'll probably need some terrain. So let's see what we've got.

Today we have: New Industrial Pipes From Tabletop Scenics, New Bases/Plinths Available From Tabletop-Art, and Loke BattleMats Release Desert Gaming Mat.

The work week continues along. We're almost to that weekend again. I've got D&D again this weekend. What will our intrepid band of heroes get into this time? Hard to tell, but we'll need a good-looking table for it. And that means terrain.

Today in the Terrain Corner we have: New Industrial Platforms - Reinforced Available From Tabletop Scenics, New 15mm Line of Terrain released by Crescent Root Studio, Resinarium Bridges adds a WH40K-style bridge for all backers, and Deadland: Fantasy Gaming Mat Available from Pwork Wargames.

Thursday already? That's not a complaint, mind you. Just a reaction. Seems the week has gone by quick. And while I don't know if there'll specifically be gaming this weekend, I know there'll be authentic Mexican food. And that's got me hyped (possibly even more than gaming! Churros are my kryptonite). In the meantime, though, we still gotta make your gaming tables look good.

Today in the Terrain Corner we've got: Shrine of the Lawgiver + Oven Mitt Preorder From Privateer Press, Heroic Maps - Modular Kit: Mossy Dungeon Chambers, Deep-Cut Studio releases game mats for RPGs that you can write on, Darkburg: Fantasy Gaming Mat from Pwork Wargames, and New Technical Platforms - 90 degrees From Tabletop Scenics.

The week continues along. Just gotta make it to that sweet, sweet Saturday. That's when I'll be getting my D&D on. I'm hoping you've all got some gaming lined up as well. If you do, you'll want those gaming tables to look good. That's just what we're here to help with today.

In the Terrain Corner we have: AT Gun or HMG position Available From Warlord Games, Indirect Artillery emplacement Available From Warlord Games, Lunette + 5 Pointed Star Fort Available From Warlord Games, New Railing Gateway From Warlord Games, New Orkenburg Signs From Tabletop Scenics, 3D Printable Medieval Terrain Up On Kickstarter, and Cyber City Mat Available From Pwork Wargame.

It's the latter half of the week. Just another few days and we'll be back to the weekend. As always, I can't wait. I've got D&D coming up Saturday. Our last session was over a month ago, and it was just an introductory one. This'll be the real "Session 1" where we can actually get into the meat of our campaign. I'm ridiculo-excited about it. But, before we get there, we need to get your gaming tables looking good.

Today in the Terrain Corner we have: New Modular Bridges from Tabletop Scenics, New Farmer's Guild Pitch From Deep-Cut Studio, and Dungeonfog Open Beta Launches.

As is always the case, we've circled back around and the weekend has given way to the start of the work week. It's going to be a busy one, too. It's CMON Expo this weekend, and, as always, there's still a ton to do (that's just the nature of conventions, as anyone knows). But before we get there, we need to make it through the next couple days, and that includes today's Terrain Corner.

Today we've got: New Mechanicum Signs From Tabletop Scenics and

We're continuing our way along the work week. We've come over the middle of hump-day yesterday and are sliding our way to the weekend. As predicted, my Wednesday did seem to take a while, but as I mentioned, that's hardly anything new. We'll see about making today and tomorrow go by quickly so we can get to Free Comic Book Day, Cinco De Mayo, and gaming! And if we're gonna be gaming, we should make your gaming tables look good.

Today in the Terrain Corner we have: New Modular Bridges - Riffled From Tabletop Scenics, Fenris Games Running Rubble City Kickstarter, and Heroic Maps - The Giants' Cave Now Available.

Well, they say that April showers bring May flowers. Well, it rained most of yesterday and it's supposed to rain for most of today, too. It's hard to think of a Sunday where it didn't rain, actually. Ah well, it washes all the pollen out of the air, so I can't really complain too much. Anyway, as it's Monday, that means we've got a long week ahead of us until we get to the weekend again. But that also gives us time to make our gaming tables look great for next week's games. Time to help with that.

Today in the Terrain Corner we have: New Buildings for Bolt Action From Sally 4th, Lifeless Land Gaming Mat Available From Pwork Wargame, and New Mechanicum Elevator Available From Tabletop Scenics.

And we're already into Thursday. The week continues along, speeding at full pace to that weekend that I know I love so much. Plus, it's game day up at the library. So I've got that going for me. How about you? Any gaming planned this weekend Does it involve terrain? If it does, let's make that terrain table look just a little bit better.

Today in the Terrain Corner we have: New Shipping Container Bridge Available From Mechanical Warhorse, New Grimdark Signs from Tabletop Scenics, Volkano Gaming Mat Available From Pwork Wargame, Heroic Maps Releases Fenherrick Monastery & Salt Marsh Maps, and Deep-Cut Studio teams up with Steamforged Games to releases official game mats for Guild Ball.

As I was expecting, Wednesday took its dear, sweet time. I remember looking at the clock after having done some proofing of a couple articles and working on some product sheets and going, "wait... it's only 10:30am? How!?!" Ah well, it did eventually end, and it included going to that Brazilian place I've mentioned before (Picanha forever!). So that brings us to Thursday, and with it being Thursday, we need to make your gaming tables look better.

Today in the Terrain Corner we have: Tree Trunks Available From Terrain Factory, Castle of the Holy Sands Available From Heroic Maps, The Lodestone Modular Magnetic Wargaming Tabletop Building Terrain Up On Kickstarter, New Reinforced Walls Available From Tabletop Scenics, and Darkburg Map Available From Pwork Wargame.

Man, this weekend just flew by. I always kinda hope the work week does, but not so much the weekend. I like those to stick around for a bit. Well, here's to hoping that this week goes by quick and then time slows down once more when we get to Saturday. In the meantime, let's make your gaming tables look good.

Today in the Terrain Corner we have: New Cosmic Game Mats Available From Deep-Cut Studio, West Land: Fantasy Gaming Mat Available from Pwork Wargames, and Forge Transport Platform Available From Tabletop Scencis.

We're already at Thursday. I don't know about you, but my week's going by quickly. Obviously, that's not a complaint. Sure, I've been busy with proofing and writing stuff, but that's how the days go, anyway. But I'm always looking forward to the weekend, as you well know. Probably going to do some board gaming on Saturday, but we'll see. In the meantime, we've gotta get your gaming tables looking good.

Today in the Terrain Corner we have: Up-sized Bunny Kingdom Boards Available from iello, New Mechanicum Stairs Available From Tabletop Scenics, and New Necromunda Terrain Available From Tyr Terrain.

We continue along with the work week. Hopefully, yours is going well. I know I'm ready for the weekend as much as I'm ready to be done with being sick (every day, I hope it's "the last day of this crap"). But as I pine for a day where I don't cough, I also look forward to giving you the day's terrain stories.

Today in the Terrain Corner we have: New Harbor Minis From Brigade Models, New Imperial Armored Containers Available From Tabletop Scenics, City Ruins Gaming Mat Available From Pwork Wargame, and

So, there's currently a storm absolutely blanketing the East coast in all sorts of wintery weather. Stay safe out there, everyone. Might just want to hunker in the bunker and play some games. And while it might be too late to get these terrain pieces for the current winter weather storm, you might just want to pick them up for the next time you get snowed in.

Today in the Terrain Corner we've got: Industrial Ruins Gaming Mat Available From Pwork Wargame, Heroic Maps - Castillo de la Costa Rocosa Bundle Now Available, and Tabletop Scenics Previews New Terrain.

The work week continues on. I hope yours is going well. It's certainly busy over here, but such is the end of the year. Lots of exciting products coming out next year to work on. But it's not only future things, but things available now. In fact, let's make sure your gaming tables look good for any minis you might be getting in the next week.

Today in the Terrain Corner we have: New Website and Products Available From DerekPages, New Orc Strongpoint Available From Tabletop Scenics, and RPG Fantasy Maps Up On Kickstarter.

I survived the Snowpocalypse here in Atlanta. And I'm one of the lucky ones that never lost power (for more than just a flicker, anyway). I've got some friends that are still without. Hopefully they'll get it back soon. And I hope all of you had a chance to enjoy the winter wonderland (if it occurred near you). And while I can't say that these terrain stories will turn your gaming table into a winter wonderland, they will make them look nice.

Today we have: Tabletop Scenics Caption Contest Happening Now, Two Holiday Playmats Available From Fantasy Flight, Power VTT Launches Asset Subscription For Battlemap Building, and Sally 4th Running Modern African Wargames Terrain Kickstarter.

The Monday after a long weekend... I mean, I know many of you out there love what you do for a living (as I certainly do), but there's always just a bit of "erf..." about the Monday after a long weekend. An extra smack of the snooze button. An extra long shower. An extra cup of coffee. You know how it goes. Eventually, we'll make it back around to the weekend. But, in the meantime, let's make sure that when we do get to game again, we'll have some good-looking gaming tables.

Today in the Terrain Corner we have: Orc Wall Gate Available To Order From Bits of War, Battlefront's 2018 Premium Property Pre-order Deal Happening Now, Heroic Maps - Foxtail Moor: Wyvern Cave Now Available, Acheson Kongo Africa Kickstarter Funded: Unlocking Stretch Goals, and New Tech Coffin and Supply Box Available From Micro Art Studio.

It's Thursday, but it also kinda feels like a Friday. Reason being that tomorrow's posts will be made from home in the morning before taking the rest of the day off. So I've got that going for me. Hopefully gonna help a friend put together some Guild Ball models and just hang out. Might even put some paint on my own teams. Haven't figured it all entirely out yet, but gaming will be involved. And where there's gaming, there's probably terrain as well. So let's make your gaming tables look as good as possible.

Today in the Terrain Corner we have: Orc Kustom Workshop Available From Tabletop Scenics, The Shattered Shards 3D Printable Fantasy War Games Scenery Up On Kickstarter, Miniature Building Authority Shantytown Kickstarter Launches Today, Acheson Creations' Kongo Afrika Kickstarter Launches Tomorrow, M3Studios' Website is Online, and New Haven State Prison Terrain Available to Pre-Order From Plastcraft.

It's odd. Each day this week I've found myself, at some point, looking at the clock and going, "How is it only (time)?! Geeze! Today is taking forever!" And yet, in contradiction of that, I've also found myself going, "Whoah! It's already (day)!? This week is flying by!" So while each day is taking forever, the week is just speeding past. I don't really get it, but it does mean we're already most of the way to the weekend. I'm in my Thursday shirt, and that means it's time to make your gaming tables look as good as possible.

Today in the Terrain Corner we have: New Steampunk Ironclads From Burn In Designs, Tabletop Scenics Giving Away An Orc Quarters, Skull Forge Scenics Halloween Sale Happening Now, Acheson Creations at Fall In! and Millennium Con, New Modern Civilian 28mm – 32mm Vehicles From Antenociti's Workshop, and New Masons and Brewers Terrain For Guild Ball.

We're making our way through the work week. The weekend is coming soon. A little more and we'll make it there. And with the weekend (hopefully) comes gaming. I know my LGS is going to be packed, with 2 different tourneys going on. And you know the tables are going to be looking good. So, let's get your gaming table looking just as good.

Today in the Terrain Corner we have: New Starfleet Deck Tiles Available From Modiphius, Tabletop Scenics Now Open, Custom Mat Printing Now Available From Deep-Cut Studio, and Heroic Maps - Storeys: Hadeshill Abandoned Asylum Now Available.
