Who hasn’t thought that they know more about city design than whomever it was that created the place they live? I’m in Atlanta, and I certainly think I could do things better. Well, Villagers lets you do just that. Players will draft cards in order to build their own medieval European village. Create the most thriving location and win. The game is up on Kickstarter now.
For me, a Kickstarter is truly successful when you turn an idea into a finished product, send it to your backers, and then have it available for the general public to buy. In that way, Great Scott! is a truly successful Kickstarter ans they have done all of that, with the final step of being made available to the general public now a real thing.
I’m back in the office today (worked from home yesterday). Doing my best to get back into the swing of things after being in Chicago last week. At least it’s a short week (seeing as it’s already Wednesday) before I get back to another weekend.
But seeing as it’s Wednesday, and we didn’t have one on Sunday, it’s time to chow down on some bite-sized stories in our mid-week Snippets feature.
