It’s going guys. The week is continuing on. We’ll make it. The weekend will be here as soon as it can.
In order to make sure we have plenty of strength, we should stock up on some bite-sized gaming stories.
Today we have: 5E RPG Condition Cards on Kickstarter, Polyversal Update- 300 backers, new stretch goal, new add-on, new video, Lairs Coming To Kickstarter Soon, New Orc Bust from NonSenseminiatures, A Few Weeks Left In Dark Art Studios Painting Contest, Frostgrave: Into the Breeding Pit Nickstarter Deals from Sally 4th, Raging Heroes Flesh Eaters Unveiled, Red Panda Miniatures Posts The Design Process For Roland, Warriors of the Apocalypse with great weapons preview, The Far East War 1592 Coming Soon To Kickstarter, Tanto Cuore International Crowdfunding Campaign launching June 14th, HOPE launch on Kickstarter Thursday at 12pm, Hitech Miniatures Releases Soothsayer Sybilla, Dungeon Monsters UPDATE #1 ( adding Zombie and Skeleton singles), and New Sons of Thor Legs From Kromlech.
The Road Kill rules have been around for a bit, but they’ve not always had a set of minis that have been for the game. Now, JohnnyBorg Casting is running a Kickstarter campaign to fix that. These new cars are designed to be rather modular, so you can arm them as you want, and are in N scale.
I hope everyone’s having a lovely weekend (see what I did there?)
I made a cheesecake for the first time. It’s very good, but I need to get it out of the apartment, or I’ll eat the whole thing, myself. And considering it’s made with cream cheese, sour cream, heavy cream, and some eggs, that’s the last thing that I need to be just eating a bunch of.
Anyway, on to today’s post.
In this installment, we have: BoardGameGeek’s Final Results: 20 Most Anticipated Games of 2015,
Brigade Models Release New 15mm PacFed, Meteoric Surface Round-Lip Bases available from Tabletop-Art, Mountain Miniatures new look updated website, and Johnny Borg’s Casting Launches Tavern Dungeon Decor Kickstarter.
We’ve got a bunch more news snippets for you.
There’s some new miniatures from a new game company, Corvus Corax Miniatures. We’ve got new WWI terrain tile bases from Amera. Kromlech has some new wallpapers for your computer. Troll Forged shows off the test print for their Dreadnaught (he’s a biggie). All that and more in this new batch.
JohnnyBorg Castings, formerly of MegaMinis, is running a Kickstarter to bring back their 28mm Salvage Crew minis and game.
From the campaign:
$30 buys you 20 sci-fi miniatures, 28mm scale cast in white metal, from Johnny Lauck (15 years mold making and casting experience)
As a semi-retired mold maker and caster, I do not have a lot of funds to create new projects. However, I would like to revive the Salvage Crew figures range and eventually the game, focusing primarily on humans, cyber miners, and robots. Help me finance the last costs involved in the making of new molds and metal ingots so that this range of figures can be available again on a regular basis.
JohnnyBorg Castings (formerly Mega Miniatures) has some new Road Kill Corpse minis available over in their webshop.
From the release:
Sold as singles or a set, some minis are as cheap as 25 cents each with the vast majority in the $1 to $2 range. This is the only release I will have in 2014.
The figures are 28mm scale, cast in white metal (tin alloy), unpainted, with a flat rate world shipping rate of $10, Paypal accepted, and a minimum order of $15 or more.
I’ve been throwing in 10 extra random minis of my choice (five human sized and five small animals) with all orders of $30 or more from now through the month of August.
Got the itch to cast something after I sold off most of Mega Miniatures assets. I’ll only be back about once a year to release something weird.
