Finger and Toe releases new 15mm Higgins Boat pdf

Finger and Toe has a new 15mm Higgins Boat pdf available for purchase and download.

Source

From the release:

The model comes with a detailed interior and measures about four and half by one and three quarter inches. The interior is about three quarters of an inch deep. The landing ramp is designed so it can be glued permanently up or down or flexibly attached to move as needed. As there were many versions of the Higgins Boat with numerous differences in detail, the Finger and Toe model represents a generic model which can be used in any theater of war or patrol rivers and islets in post-war years. You could even smuggle contraband up jungle streams or support a party of post-war archaeologists searching for lost temples.

Finger and Toe releases new Shantytown Shops terrain pdfs

Finger and Toe has some new Shantytown Shops terrain pdfs available to download now and add to your terrain collection.

Source

From the release:

A lot of modern combat occurs in urban areas dominated by slums used as havens by insurgents or cover by enemy forces with no thought for collateral damage. There’s little reason to doubt that the mazes of shacks housing society’s outcasts, dregs, and poor will be the focus of combat operations for a very long time into the future. Shantyown Shops allows you to expand your slums.

Shantytown Shops expands Shantytow with three shops: a food take away, a butcher shop, and a bodega. All are based on real buildings.

Combine with Finger and Toe’s Shantytown, Slum City and Adobeville, and you’ll have a table full of hazardous terrain to scout and cross.

New Paper Terrain Buildings from Finger and Toe

Finger and Toe released new paper terrain buildings for their Speed Trap, NM line.

Source

From the release:

Finger and Toe Models announces the release of the 28mm pdf model Speed Trap in the new Cold Desert Highway product family. As the interstates spread across the American West, small towns on the seldom used old federal highways dried up. Fixtures of generations of road trips vanished. Among those was the Speed Trap: a town whose sole existence depended on catching the unwary traveler. The Finger and Toe model represents a real town in New Mexico: a magistrate court, a law office, and a bill board for hiding a sheriff’s car with a radar gun. The buildings are shells that can be removed to reveal ruins left after you teach the local yokels that valuable lesson.

It’s a perfect place to hide in a post-apocalyptic world. Hungry zombies would roam the interstates for more savory pickings in broken down tour buses. Gangs would avoid it because there aren’t any useable resources. On the other hand, you do still have to deal with that magistrate who hasn’t seen a meal in a very long time.

The model comes with a detailed interior and measures about seven and a half inches by three inches. The interior is about one inch deep. The landing ramp is designed so it can be glued permanently up or down or flexibly attached to move as needed. You could even smuggle contraband up jungle streams or support a party of post-war archaeologists searching for lost temples.

Remember, every Finger and Toe model comes with SMOOSH ASSURANCE: if ya’ll smoosh your Higgins Boat, a new set waits your summons from hard drive and printer.

With the other Finger and Toe Old West releases such as the Western Hotel, the Ana Verde RR Shack, the Shotgun House, and the Palmenthal Saloon, you have the core of a town in the Old West. Bunkhouse lets you move the action out of town. Combine with the other Lincoln sets and the Antelope Valley sets, and you’ll have just about any old town in the Southwest. Remember, all these models’ original buildings are still standing, so they can form the core of that run down “across the tracks” area your characters want to avoid but can’t.

Catacombs 28mm PDF from Finger and Toe available now

Finger and Toe has some new paper terrain pieces available to download. This set’s the Catacombs.

Source

From the release:

Catacombs is Finger and Toe’s baseplate-based system for creating extensive underworld crypts, catacombs, and hidden temples beneath the sands. Using the base-plates, walls, doors, and props, the system relies on restickable glue for its enormous flexibility and replayability.

When you’re done playing, strike the set. Pull off the flat walls and doors and stack them with the base plates. The other props (pillars, doors, connectors, etc) take up very little room.

28mm Old West Merchant’s Bank .pdf available from Finger and Toe

Finger and Toe adds to their Wild West terrain series with their downloadable Merchant’s Bank.

From the release:

Finger and Toe Models announces the release of the 28mm pdf model Merchant’s Bank, an historical building on California’s Old West High Desert. Rancher, farmers, and merchants distant from Los Angeles needed the financial services a bank would provide, but what they got was a dinky, near-shed-sized branch. Still, it served their needs. The Merchant’s Bank comes with an interior and removable roof.

With the other Finger and Toe Old West releases such as the Western Hotel, the Ana Verde RR Shack, the Shotgun House, and the Palmenthal Saloon, you have the core of a town in the Old West, especially California’s High Desert where these buildings still exist. Combine with the Lincoln sets, and you’ll have just about any old town in the Southwest. Remember, all these models’ original buildings are still standing, so they can form the core of that run down “across the tracks” area your characters want to avoid but can’t.

From the release:

Finger and Toe Models announces the release of the 28mm pdf model the Foreman’s House, an historical building on California’s Old West High Desert. The Foreman’s House comes with an interior and removable roof.

In the High Desert, before air conditioning, there was nothing to be done about the blistering summer heat, but winters were equally harsh. In contrast to the railroad workers’ shacks (see Finger and Toe’s Ana Verde RR Shack), the section foreman’s house had heat–management got the perks, even in the Old West!

New Palmenthal Saloon 28mm PDF from Finger and Toe

Finger and Toe has another western-style terrain piece available with the release of the Palmenthal Saloon.

From the release:

Finger and Toe Models announces the release of the 28mm pdf model Palmenthal Saloon, a building on California’s Old West High Desert. The saloon comes with interiors and extra signage.

In the High Desert, saloons were the most common business with towns of 300-500 often supporting ten to fifteen saloons. Without zoning, it wasn’t unusual to see a church or school flanked by the establishments. Oddly, the Palmenthal Saloon became the rectory for the local Presbyterian Church.
