It’s very early on Saturday morning. Well, not as early as it was when I first got up (Now: 6am. Woke up: 3am). I’d love to know why, on weekdays, my brain is all, “man, I dun wanna get up!” while on the weekend it’s like, “3am, homebear. Be awake now!” Maybe I’m just so excited about D&D today. I guess we can go with that. But while I get ready for all the things I’m gonna do today, I also need to get you your reviews I know you so desperately desire.

Today we have: Go Nuts for Doughnuts, Sushi Go!, Bamboleo, Cry Havoc: Aftermath, Down in Flames: WWII-Guns Blazing, Gaslands, Dinosaur Island, Dr. Beaker, and Crusader Kings.

Saturdaaaaaay! It’s the best day of the week (in my opinion). What cannot be accomplished with a day like today? Well, I know what can, going to do some gaming. I put together some Guild Ball minis for my friend last night. Today I’ll go hang out and play some board games up at the library. But before I can head out there, I need to get you your reviews I know you so desperately desire.

Today we’ve got: I Am the Fourth Wall, Gravity Warfare, Gruff: Stuff of Nightmares, The Faceless, Lanterns: The Harvest Festival iOS, Vengeance, Clans of Caledonia, Harvest, Flamme Rouge: Peloton, Sakura, Fairy Tile, Pocket Mars, Lords of Hellas, Fog of Love, and Sarissa Precision 28mm Japan MDF Terrain.

Welcome back again to Saturday. I hope you’re enjoying it. I’m being a busy bear around the place, looking to finally tidy the den up after the long winter. Ok, so it’s not really been winter for several weeks now, so color me a little lazy to actually get this project started. But before I start dusting, vacuuming, and whatnot, I need to schedule up this post to get you all the reviews I know you so desperate desire. So, for all those unfortunate enough to not be at Salute, let’s see what we’ve got.

Today’s articles include: Gruff: Stuff of Nightmares, Time of Crisis, Exorcism at the House of Monkton Falls, Paperback: Unabridged Expansion, The Bark Side, Tak, BetaBotz: Byte of Passage, The City of Kings, and The Grimm Forest.

Hello, Saturday. How are you? I’m alright. Still a little sick. Bit of a lingering cough, but I’m working through it. So no gaming will be had by me today (I’m actually just contemplating a nap). But I hope that your Saturday is a bit more exciting than what I’ve got going on.
At the very least, though, before I take another shot of medicine and go lay down, I gotta make sure you get those reviews you so desperately desire.

This week we have: Museum Heist, Race for the Galaxy iOS Expansions, Battle for Rokugan, Yogi, The Pursuit of Happiness: Community Expansion, Bubblee Pop, XCOM: Evolution Expansion, Dicetopia, Hot Shots, NewSpeak, Dragonfire, Codenames: Duet, Outpost Siberia, and Mage Wars Academy Warlord and Forcemaster Expansions.

Ok, so I was being a little facetious, saying that we were expecting a Snowpocalypse here in Atlanta, with the little bit of snow that was coming down at the time… but… yeah… we had a bit of a Snowpocalypse. That was the view from my front door last night and it was still much the same this morning. Thankfully, since then, the sun’s come out and much of it is melting. But still… yeah, quite a thing. Good day to stay in and do some gaming. But what games? Well, you can find out what games are like with the Review Roundup!

This week we have: Villages of Velaria, Pandemic Legacy: Season 2, Harry Potter: Hogwarts Battle – Box of Monsters Expansion, Axis & Allies: Anniversary Edition, Wizards Wanted, Braintopia, NMBR9, Ticket to Ride: Germany, Planetarium, Barbarians: The Invasion, Space Race, The Captain is Dead, and Heaven & Ale.

It’s Saturday. Usually, that would mean gaming. But Friday meant gaming for me, as a friend came over after work and we played some Guild Ball, Bunny Kingdom, and Apotheca. Great way to spend a Friday. So, what am I up to Saturday? Well, I’m in the CMON Offices, helping pack orders for the holiday sale. Yeah, seems people loved those deep cuts. And since I feel partially responsible (as the one they tasked with actually changing the prices on all those things), I felt it only right to help pack everything up. But while I get orders together, I know you’re here for a heaping helping of reviews. Heaping helping because we didn’t have a Roundup last week, due to the holiday.

So, this week we’ve got: Near and Far, Queendomino, The Oregon Trail: Hunt for Food, Dog Might Games Traveler Dice Tower, Campy Creatures, Camel Up, A Game of Thrones Card Game, Colt Express, Truth Bombs, Ex Libris, Star Trek: 5-Year Mission, Slide Blast, Happy Salmon, DownForce, Smash Up iOS, Professor Evil and the Citadel of Time, Ink Monsters, The Quest for El Dorado, Reef Route, Crabs, Werewords, Fog of Love, Museum Heist, Crosstalk, Potato Pirates, Tulip bubble, The Chameleon, Ulm, Asset Drop Subscription Box, Tortuga 1667, Dwar7s Fall, The Expanse, Tokyo Highway, and Ulock!

It’s not just Saturday. It’s a 3-day weekend Saturday! The best kind of Saturday! (well, except for 4-day weekend Saturdays, or week-off Saturdays, but let’s not get pedantic here) I’m just kinda chillin’ today. Why go and run yourself ragged? Instead, I’ll just hang out and pass along some reviews for you to check out. Though I did almost relax my way through posting time. Whoops. 😉

Today we have: Escape Room: The Game, Schotten Totten, The Climbers, Techno Bowl, Tesla vs. Edison: War of Currents, ROBiTs, Caverna: Cave vs. Cave, Cosmic Encounters: Cosmic Eons, Table Tantrums, Hipster Teenage Wasteland, Burn the Heretic, Drinking Quest: Journey into Draught, Wild Fun West, London, and NMBR9.

Let’s see if the system decides to eat this one or not. Anyway, it’s Saturday, and that means I’m happy. I’ve been doing various domestic things this morning in order to be ready for when a friend comes over for some gaming (Guild Ball and Ascension are the most-likely games to be played). The other thing I need to get done this morning is type up this post. Yes, I’m typing this up early and scheduling it to post later. The Magic of the Internet, everyone! Anyway, let’s get to it.

Today we have: Stone Age, Wits and Wagers: Vegas, Space Editor, Kingsport Festival, Deadline, Herbaceous, and Holmes: Sherlock & Mycroft, Tiny Park, Suburbia: 5 Star Expansion, Windup War, Ethnos, Quartz, Medici, Frogriders, Mini Rails, and Drakkar.

Man, it’s hard to think that Gen Con was a week ago. At this point, the show was more than half-over. How time flies. Hopefully everyone was able to recuperate well. I seem to have missed out on getting Con Crud. So that’s good. My feet were feeling just fine again by Tuesday. So that’s good, too. And, just yesterday, I finally caught up on the massive back-log of e-mails I’d had. Of course, as I finished that back log, more had come in. But I’m getting to those as well.

Anyway, as it’s Saturday, I’ve got your regular bit of reviews that I know you so desperate desire. I’m also looking forward to the coming weeks when I’m sure all the games people picked up at the show get reviewed.

This week we have: Barenpark, Whistle Stop, Flamme Rouge, 51st State: Scavengers Expansion, Herbaceous, CVlizations, and Cigar Box Battle Plush Gaming Mats.

I know. I know. I know. It’s Tuesday, not Saturday. But I was a tad busy Saturday, if you didn’t notice. 😉
So, after flying home yesterday, and then getting around 12 hours of sleep overnight, I’m looking to get back into the swing of things here. Most companies “shut down” during Gen Con, since they were all at the show, but there’s still plenty to catch up with from over the weekend. That starts with the reviews I know you all so desperately desire.

Today we have: Isle of Skye, Zoo Ball, Hunt the Ravager, Evolution, Arena of the Gods, Biotix, Secrets of the Lost Station, Spoils of War, Open Combat Sword Masters, Gothic, The Golden Sails, The Lost Expedition, FourCuatro, Lazer Ryderz, Loot the Body,

Usually, I’m all like, “hey! It’s Saturday! Go get your gaming on!” and, in a way, I’m still that. But I’m also, “It’s the Saturday before Gen Con… … … I Have So Many Things I Still Need To Do!!!” A couple people have asked me, “are you ready for the show?” My answer is, “you’re never ‘ready’ for Gen Con. You’re where you are in your attempt to be ready, and then the show starts happening, whether you got all you needed done or not.” But I am doing my best to have as much done as possible. That includes getting you your reviews I know you all so desperately desire.

This week we have: Nerdy Inventions, Incantris, Anachrony, Lucky Dogs, Wordsy, Deckscape: Test Time, A Dog’s Life, Titan Tactics, Frantic, Have at Thee, Upon a Fable, Sopio, Betrayal at House on the Hill, Shadow War: Armageddon, Massive Darkness, Oh My Goods, Nimbee, Pandemic Legacy Season 1, and The Lost Expedition.

First part of the weekend is already a success. The pizza last night was pretty much everything I could’ve hoped for. It’s nice when a week-long cooking project turns out good (ok, the pizza doesn’t really take a week to make, but parts I was able to do ahead of time like render the bacon and such was done along the way, instead of doing it all last night). Today it’s all about the Board Game Day at the Milton Library. If you’re in the Atlanta area, stop on by.

But that’s for later (well, later to me now as I’m typing this, not later from the time you read this, since I’m typing this at 6am and will be gaming at 2pm when it posts).

Right now we’ve got reviews of: London, Colosseum, Ophidian 2360, Ore-Some, Critter Combat, Gloomhaven, Runebound: The Gilded Blade Expansion, Mage Wars: Arena Paladin vs Siren Expansion, Conquest of Speros, Castles of Burgundy, Flamme Rouge, and Ponzi Scheme.

It’s another beautiful day here in Atlanta. The clouds are out. It’s raining. There was dense fog this morning.
What? You don’t think that’s beautiful weather?
You know what they call a place that has nothing but “beautiful, sunny days”? The desert. Relatively few things live there.
You know what they call a place that has rain all the time? The rain forest, some of the most bio-diverse and bio-dense areas of the planet! So there!
Ok… that got weirdly antagonistic for no reason. Maybe I should just go check out some game reviews. Yeah. That’s a good idea.
