Studio38 shows off a preview of Alkemy’s Khaliman Republic fig. The website also helped me with my French.

What they told me that I can read without translation:

Here is a new-comer for Alkemy’s Khaliman Republic: Ifrit’qaniss Suleman.
The Alkemy line, after being taken up by the French company Studio 38 presents regular news for its armies which are all available at:

I was born at a very young age. I plan on living forever. So far, so good.

Just as a comparison, this would be like making a model called “Demon von Washington” and making it an anthropomorphicly derpy Horse.

    • You’re awesome.

      • Seconded. This comment made me laugh to myself until my wife gave me odd looks.

As an explanation for the name, Suleman is one of the four Khaliman bloodlines (the big guys are Suleman, the quick guys are Malikh, the orators are Khalid and the blind albino oracles are Sorhna) and this guy is an Ifrit hunter of Suleman bloodline.

So he’s more Abraham Lincoln, Vampire Hunter then?

  • Soulfinger

I would totally buy Demon Von Washington! This guy . . . not so much.

Seeing as I can’t read French, do they have any plan for an English page? I was really looking forward to Alkemy a couple of years ago.

I think we should all be impressed that:

    Alkemy is not dead

They are releasing NEW models for Alkemy, which as we have just learned, is not dead.

With models like that, I’m indeed surprised Alkemy is surviving.

It’s probably up to the standard of previous releases but the presentation quality is bad bad bad. Bigger and better pics please.

Previous releases from Studio 38? I presume you are right, but the thing is I’ve found pretty much all the Alkemy releases from Studio 38 very unimpressive compared to what Kraken was putting out.

Here’s a link to a better (though still tiny) picture:

Also, Wolitse Night Breeze has been released:

I like them both but I wish I could see more close-ups. Especially Wolitse looked great in the green but this pic doesn’t make him look all that hot. I’ll reserve judgement for the time being.

  • I like him! He’d make a great non-human Monk for a D&D or other fantasy RPG.

The picture is really bad, but an error of another download is available on our website, pending further larger pictures …

I’ll probably grab him, the colossus, and woltsie fairly soon, since I have everything else for Alkemy that Kraken produced (yes, everything), and just made an order at Fantization for most of the Studio 38 additions. Any ETA on when English cards might be ready for download, though?
