It’s Tuesday. Congratulations on making it here! With any luck, your Monday wasn’t so bad. Mine was busy, as many days are lately. That’s not a complaint, mind you. I’d rather have things to do and be pleasantly busy as opposed to waiting on people in order to get projects done. So yes, busy is good. They make the day go by faster. Also, podcasts help the day go by faster. So let’s get you some podcasts and hopefully your day will be over quickly and easily.
This week we have: Man Battlestations Episode 28; One Board Podcast Season 2 Episode 02: Keymaster Games and the Game Doctor is in; The Secret Cabal Express 35: Casual Games with Honorary Founder Dan King; Dungeon Master’s Ludus 02: Making a Great First Adventure in your new RPG Campaign; Epic Gaming Night Podcast Episode 147: Upcoming Emerson Games; Blue Peg, Pink Peg Bonus Episode: Designer Deep Dive- Sorcerer City by Scott Caputo; Singled Out Episode 61: Talking Farmers Errata With Bryce; Guild Ball Tonight Episode 77: As The Color Wheel Turns; Anonymous Tabletop Episode 22: Wait, Haven’t We Done This Already?; The Cardboard Herald Episode 69: No Siestas for Andreas “Ode.” Odendahl; The D6 Generation Episode 232: Firelock Games Update & Adepticon 2018 Preview; SAGA THORSDAY Episode 78: Saracens Battleboard and Tactics Pt 2; and News of the North – 2018-03-06.

This week we fill you in about the games we’ve been playing with our families and co-workers. Mattox Shuler from Keymaster Games joins us to talk about game development and their new game Space Park that is being funded through Kickstarter. Visit the Space Park Kickstarter before it ends on March 8, 2018.
Also in this episode we introduce a new segment. The “Game Doctor” is in and we’ve got a perfect prescription to meet your gaming needs. Our question this week comes from Amy who asks us about gaming with sick family members. Send your questions to the “Game Doctor” at email@example.com or contact us on our Facebook Page.
Today Steve and Jamie are joined by Honorary Founder, Dan King, The Game Boy Geek to talk about his current Kickstarter fundraiser, being a full time media creator and casual and family games and some recommendations of games you might want to play with your friends and family!
In today’s Dungeon Master’s Ludus Bender and Jamie talk about the Prime Directive of starting a new role playing game and now to make the first adventure of your new campaign amazing.
We talk to Emerson about his upcoming games! Century Estern Wonders, Reef and Spector ops broken covenant! and look at what we have been playing! D&D, Xwing, and Lords of hellas! and Rob rants on Asmodee! 😛
During this Designer Deep Dive, we speak with Scott Caputo (designer of Voluspa, Whistle Stop, and more) about his upcoming title by Druid City Games, Sorcerer City. Sorcerer City is a chaotic and tactical tile laying game where players vie against a clock over multiple rounds to re-build a city of wealth, reputation, prestige, and influence. We talk to Scott about his unique design niche and the process of working with a publishing partner. This in-depth conversation focuses upon the design of a single board game, exploring everything from design philosophy, prototyping, play-testing, presenting an idea to publishers, and bringing a a design to production (or in this case, kickstarter).
In this episode Andrew talks to Bryce about the new Errata, and how the changes affect the Fishermen’s guild and the Farmer’s Guild. Then Jason plays a game with Coomber using the new errata, and reports back on the changes.
The proper lineup is back this week as we turn our attention to some contentious new releases, the horror of the birdman, a new kind of leak, some back and forth about balance and errata frequency, plus the usual assortment of twitter questions.
In this drunk and disorderly episode we share our mutual hatred for a certain weather forecasting rodent, Jean fills us in on the wonders of “Lady Porn”, and Joe gets us all worked up when he sensually tells us how he handles his minis.
Tim then confuses the show with a Pepsi commercial, we revisit some of our favorite convention memories and highlights, and whiskey takes Tim’s place as Dave’s new nemesis as he spirals into madness when the crew drives him to drink WAY more than usual.
And last but not least, Katie returns to talk our upcoming Adepticon plans, Celebrity Death Match finds brothers fighting brothers, and then it’s deja vu all over again when we reach into Tim’s Sack and request a do-over.
When La Granja came out, it blew my mind. Fast forward to Dice Tower Con in 2017 and I’m checking out the beautifully distilled dice version, No Siesta, and I’m in love. But it turns out that Ode. and I have a lot more in common than just a love for euro games, and we cover everything from playing in Hardcore Bands to defining characteristics of different types of Euro Games in this wonderful interview.
Mike Turnez, of Firelock Games, is in the third chair!
Up first we catch up with Mike on all the doings at Firelock and what the latest hotness is for Blood and Plunder.
Later Hank Edley, of the Adepticon Council, joins us in a rarely seen 4th chair! Together we all talk about Adepticon and in particular what there is to look forward to at Adepticon 2018.
