Burn In Designs sheds some light on the subject (well, not really. The lights, themselves, are separate) with their new Stadium Light terrain kits. They’re pretty huge, actually.

    That’s different! Pretty neat.

I agree.. it has a lot of potential.. Not just for various sports games but also for huge military barricades like in Resident Evil etc. I can just picture huge fences topped with razorwire and some of these.. I wonder if anyone makes a portable generator terrain piece that would go with it.

Nice Idea…you could use one of these commonly offerd lasered standard ISO-shipping containers, add some Isolators with wiring and smokestacks for the diesel-engine and there you go…

I hadn’t thought about them for that but those are some great ideas. I am going to have to work on some more options in this area. The generator sounds like a great idea. Maybe adding a watch tower version or custom fencing would work too.

Some good spotlight kits would be handy for this type of thing too. There’s always spotlights ๐Ÿ™‚

For the watchtower version you might consider a smaller panel.. like 2×3 or something..

On the fencing.. screen for screen doors is amazingly cheap chain link fence.. If you made support sections that screen could be put into, it would be really handy. Likewise, if designed right, people could put in sheets of balsa wood, styrene, custom walls by you guys (the laser fencing stuff you have for example) and on and on. If you do that, consider a single fence and double fence option (like.. supports for chainlink or laser that’s lower in front of a taller security wall).

I’ve got a slew of ideas… re-watched Pacific Rim last night and Walking Dead has been on my mind as well ๐Ÿ˜›
