New Dragon Previewed for Super Dungeon Explore

Soda Pop Miniatures lets us know how things are coming along with Super Dungeon Explore’s new expansion in an update on their Kickstarter page. And things are coming along rather well. They’ve got a green up of Glimmerwing, their new dragon miniature they’re working on. Proving that faeries can be badass, too, Glimmerwing’s speed and hitting power means she’s a force to be reckoned with, able to basically surgically strike at the heroes.
And if that weren’t enough, they’ve also got the Tabbybrook Mage, a new hero previewed as well.

But let’s face it, dragons are much cooler than mages.

From the post:

Happy New Year!

We hope you all had a wonderful New Year holiday, and are ready to welcome it with some lovely stars, potions and hearts!
Production Update

We have received the “white box” samples of the Forgotten King game box and it has been approved. That means printing on the core box is beginning, yay!

We have also approved all of the proofs for the remaining contents of the Always Super Pledge. Printing for it will begin as soon as the core box printing is done and enters assembly.

Right now our timeline is still on track based on what we told you in Update 73. If everything can stick to the manufacturing schedule we will be able to ship in a single wave. As always, that will ultimately be determined by how manufacturing goes, but we are optimistic and will keep you informed every step of the way.

Now lets look at a lovely kitty and a terrifying dragon!

Why is it that several new releases were relegated to news snippets yet this preview gets it’s own feature? Are the only items getting stories now those that are directly tied to CMoN or maybe advertisers? I started coming here again a little more often and noticed this immediately. Not cool TGN.

This isn’t directly tied to CMoN…

… although Ninja Division are running a banner ad on TGN right now (not that I subscribe to the conspiracy theory – just pointing it out).

I hate the snippets things in general. I read headlines and then click in to ones that I actually want to read. I know I’m probably missing items of interest, because I don’t want to weed through a bunch of snippets.

I’m even worse – I select from the news item images XD

  • That isn’t a green of glimmerwing.
