  • Beautiful sculpts in general, but the consensus of my gaming group is that there are alternatives that match the quality for considerably cheaper.

As an aside, is there a reason GW prices are shown in US dollars on TTGN? Most of the products you show have prices in their native currency (e.g. Micro Art et al. in Euros). Not a problem – just curious.

    • Zac

Other countries only show their native currencies. The GW prices are in US$ as most readers on the site (by a small margin) are from the US.

      • Ah, cool – cheers for letting me know 🙂

        • cybogoblin

Also, it’s pretty easy to get your currency of choice to display on the GW site. Very handy feature, that.

  • blackfang

Mostly very good sculpts, but crazy expensive given how much they’re worth in-game.

    • Zac

That was my assumption from a quick read of the Codex. Much better “bang for the buck” in the army.

      • PanzerKraken

You can make a crazy good unit out of it, but it costs a fortune.

  • supervike

That Clawed Fiend certainly has captured my attention. Really like that.

  • Tommygun

All the Eldar women have Abs of steel.
I guess that is more bang for the buck.

I love these new minis, but I have 8 armies already.
    I can’t start a new one.

    …I won’t to it.

    I won’t.
    I won’t.
    I won’t.

The DE Codex was the best thing to happen to my Ork army in a while. Every time I pick up my copy and start thinking about an army I go and work a bit more on my Orks (assembling/painting) I’ve been piling up since 1E. Have about 95% of my stockpile assembled and quasi-painted now.

    Thanks, Dark Eldar!!

Seriously, would love these guys but gotta finish the labor of love army before considering these guys.
