Well, they say that April showers bring May flowers. Well, it rained most of yesterday and it’s supposed to rain for most of today, too. It’s hard to think of a Sunday where it didn’t rain, actually. Ah well, it washes all the pollen out of the air, so I can’t really complain too much. Anyway, as it’s Monday, that means we’ve got a long week ahead of us until we get to the weekend again. But that also gives us time to make our gaming tables look great for next week’s games. Time to help with that.
Today in the Terrain Corner we have: New Buildings for Bolt Action From Sally 4th, Lifeless Land Gaming Mat Available From Pwork Wargame, and New Mechanicum Elevator Available From Tabletop Scenics.
Each kit consists of a simple but robust shell with walls constructed from 3mm Medite and floors and roof from 2mm MDF.
This means they are very quick and easy to assemble and all feature a removable roof and first floor where applicable.
Sally 4th have come to recognise that different gamers have different needs as far as model buildings and terrain go and have tried to accommodate this by developing a customisable kit. You can use the building as built in MDF, add your own cardboard stone and plaster texture, paint the building, or use the supplied photorealistic cover sheets to create an incredibly realistic finish.
Lifeless Land! SciFi Gaming Mat from Pwork Wargames!
Play your battles on a gloomy, dark and inhospitable planet, where life itself is no longer able to grow, among vast rocky plains, rifts and rivers of steaming toxic fumes, where darkness and green luminescences outline an hostile landscape!
