Devil Pig Games has announced a stretch goal for Heroes of Normandie that ties in with Achtung! Cthulhu from Modiphius Entertainment.

From the update:

Devil Pig Games and Modiphius Entertainment are proud to bring you an amazing Kickstarter exclusive!

Heroes of Normandie, the Hollywood style World War Two board game has been dragged thrashing and screaming into the dark world of Achtung! Cthulhu as the two brands crash together in a maelstrom of Hollywood style horror adventures inspired by the likes of Hellboy, Pan’s Labyrinth and Indiana Jones.

Devil Pig Games will be creating an official expansion to be released Winter 2014 for their Heroes of Normandie game, titled Achtung! Cthulhu: Shadows Over Normandie and this will be part of an exclusive offer on Kickstarter if they hit their £30 k Goal.

We at Devil Pig Games were wondering how to pay tribute to these iconic stories. Zombies? Mad Nazi Professors? Super Powered Nazi Trooopers? Ancient Elder Gods and Creatures?

Luckily Chris Birch from Modiphius Entertainment discovered the Heroes of Normandie game and proposed the awesome collaboration just in time.

“Yes Master!” We said, totally drawn to the deep and ancient power of the Great Old Ones and the excitement of having to make new rules and tokens for Byakees, Chthonians, heroic investigators, magic and dark Nazi forces in our beloved World War Two game.

For this exclusive Kickstarter Stretch Goal, backers will get 3 new board tiles and 2 complete punchboards full of Investigators, Nazi cultists, Black Sun troopers and Sorceror’s and plenty of Cthulhu creatures to drive the heroes screaming for the beaches along with a series of 3 terrifying Achtung! Cthulhu Adventures for players to launch their dark wartime adventures!
