We may be battered and bruised from the work week, but the end is here and your reward is a couple days to do whatever you want (well, not whatever, but you know what I mean). With any luck, your weekend plans include gaming. I’m hoping to throw down with some board games tomorrow night. Should be a good time.

Hello! My name is Hrvoje Kordi?. I am devoted gamer and freelance copywriter.
Like most gamers, I always wanted to make a game myself. Luckily, back in the stone age I met three guys who shared that dream. After a couple of “in-house” projects, we decided to make Vaults.
The game development and playtesting lasted roughly 2 years and finally we are ready to share this game with the rest of the world.
Hi, My name is Brent Critchfield, I am a video game artist, monster goat trainer, and the designer of Gruff. My company, Studio Woe, is located in Santa Monica California where we strive to create catastrophic levels of amazement.
I have been in the video games industry for over 10 years. I have worked on a wide variety of games including Warhammer 40k (Dark Millennium Online), Darksiders 2 and am currently working on a competitive online PC-game. During all that time I have wanted to create a card game that combined the elements, I loved from my favorite games. We began work on Gruff in earnest three years ago when I took the card game engine that I had been working on, and the mutant goat art project that Virginia (our Illustrator) was working them on and squished them together into this mutant hybrid game, Gruff!
Imagine 3D Miniatures was born with the idea of using 3D printing capabilities for miniature creation and design. Under this idea they have developed their first line of 3D printed customizable fantasy miniatures: Mounted Heroes.
Mounted Heroes works with a miniature creator available on the website with which you can customize different characters by choosing between different pieces – boots, helmet, armor, etc. – to form the desired miniature, either mounted or on foot. It is also possible to select both the material and the scale in which you want to print it in.
The main idea of Mounted Heroes is to offer the possibility of customizing characters on foot and also their mounts, offering a wide catalog of them.
Although the project is still on beta version, the miniature creator is fully operational and you can customize both human and orcs and the available mounts for each race. However, the store will not be open until fall 2015.
Mounted Heroes, present on social networks since last March, will launch a Kickstarter campaign next May 20, 2015 with which hopes to raise the funds needed to improve the project and take it forward with as many races and mounts as possible.
Finger and Toe Models announces release of the 28mm PDF Mission San Miguel
Founded to close a gap between Mission San Luis Obispo and Mission San Antonio, Mission San Miguel is a typical California mission with a large adobe sanctuary and block of monastic cells. The model is sixteen inches long, nine deep, and a bit over five high. While it represents a specific California mission, when combined with the Finger and Toe Adobeville and Presidio sets, it can complete an adobe village in many parts of the world.
