Potion Tokens have less than 2 days left on Kickstarter. If you want in on the project, you’d better hurry.

From the campaign:

A Potion Token is a unique RPG table-top gaming accessory that represents a great way for a table-top RPG player to keep track of his or her potion inventory during game-play. The Potion Token is given to a player by the DM (Dungeon Master) or GM (Game Master) when the player’s character finds potions in an adventure. When a player uses (spends) a Potion Token, they can physically hand the Potion Token to the DM.

I was born at a very young age. I plan on living forever. So far, so good.

This is great for gamers with Carpal Tunnel Syndrome, whose condition may be aggravated by all of the writing and erasing involved in Cure Light Wounds Potion management. This fills a niche for all of us who use actual coinage for gold pieces, cubes of raw meat or beef bullion for keeping track of hit points, and real weapons to keep track of character equipment (we soak the magical ones in gasoline). Up until now, we kept track of our potions with beer, but everyone was invisible, fully healed, and full of super heroism within the first hour of the game with nothing left for the rest of the session (truthfully, I do sometimes give out airline-sized hard liquor bottles). Making marks on a character sheet can be such a chore!!!

Seriously, it’s a viable product but not one that needs a Kickstarter.
