Originally, I had high hopes to make a rhyming entry for this post. But then I realized that I’m really terrible at that kind of thing. However, with Dumb Thumb, I might get better at it. In the game, you are given two words that rhyme and then must have your friends guess what you’ve got, obviously without actually using the words, themselves. The game is up on Kickstarter now.
About the game:
If you’re seeking a chill thrill to share more with those you care for, you’ll find pleasure in this treasure! Dumb Thumb is a casual, addictive game that rewards your ability to assign meaning to two words that have nothing in common except the way they sound.
Dumb Thumb is played by coming up with two words that rhyme (“weird beard” for example), and giving clues to your friends to help them guess (you might say, “strange facial hair”). The game includes 250 rhymes of varying difficulties – easy peezy, middle riddle, and tough stuff.
Dumb Thumb is quick to pick up and impossible to set down. Some words were meant to be together!
The Kickstarter campaign is up and running now. It’s set to go for another 18 days.
