The team behind the world’s most popular wargames magazine; Wargames Illustrated, are looking to recruit a new member for its Nottingham, UK, Studio, to help expand and develop its digital ambitions.
In their role as Graphic Designer this new member of the WI team will work closely with the existing members of the WI team and Battlefront Studio in developing and producing content for both print and digital versions of the magazine, and online content.
The ideal candidate will need to possess the ability to produce videos/movies to the high standard seen on the Battlefront You Tube channel and thus must have a good working knowledge of video camera and DSLR equipment as well as post-production equipment.
The candidate will also need to demonstrate good skills in post-production software; Abobe Premier and Adobe Photoshop, along with the skills required to bring digital products to market. Knowledge of the complete Adobe Creative Suite package will be an advantage, so to will the ability to use social media as a marketing tool.
Lastly you must have a genuine enthusiasm for gaming in general as the passion for how we work is at the core driven from our personal drive to game, paint, collect and interact with our fellow enthusiasts.
