CMON is only a few days from launching their next Kickstarter campaign. This time it’s B-Sieged, their new castle defense board game. In preparation for the launch, they’ve posted up the details of what will be included in the basic box, as well as some info about the “standard” pledge level for the campaign. You can also check out previews of the game board and action cards, plus get a look at the various minis that will be in the game. The game will launch on the 28th at 3pm, Eastern, mark your calendars and set your clocks.

From the announcement:

B-Sieged: Sons of the Abyss is a fully cooperative castle defense board game that combines exciting combat action with classic resource management. In this thrilling defensive battle, 1 to 6 players control the mighty Heroes of Modhelm, who must fight back the encroaching Abyssal hordes, and endure until salvation arrives!

B-Sieged comes with 70 highly detailed, pre-assembled miniatures including 6 Heroes and the unstoppable hordes of the Abyss.

In B-Sieged, each player controls a Hero that must cooperate to defend the Citadel of Modhelm. Dark forces have surrounded the city and the entire realm will drown in flames if the Abyssal Hordes aren’t stopped! The Council has tasked the Messenger with escaping the siege to retrieve an ancient magic artifact that will break the enemy forces. The Citadel must endure the onslaught until the Messenger returns, and it’s the Heroes’ task to keep the Messenger safe and defend the Citadel.

I thought the next CMON kickstarter was going to be the midieval Zombicide set.

Edit: just checked the Zombicide: Black Plague info and it is going up sometime toward the end of May. The Kickstarters would be super back to back, but since they’re both CMON projects, Beseiged will be running for maybe 15 days.
