Dark Age fans attending TempleCon 2015 will be among the first to get their hands on the new Dark Age: Outcasts book and figures! Outcasts marks a new direction in CMON’s release format for Dark Age. Originally, a new book was put out yearly at GenCon, but now players can expect to see a new book every six months. This format allows regular expansion of the Dark Age universe through new armies, new rules, and new fiction.

Check after the break for more Outcasts information and a trailer from the team behind Dark Age: Outcasts:

Dark Age: Outcasts is a full army book that provides players with everything they could want in regards to, well, the Outcasts. This includes the introduction of the brand new subfaction, the Salt Flat Nomads. The rules have also been revamped for every unit to help re-balance game play. But the rules aren’t the only things getting a fresh look. Older models have been re-sculpted to bring them up to the newer design philosophy of the game. (Don’t worry. The old models will still work.) And for those of you who love your fiction, Outcasts is packed with over 200 pages of world building material picking up after Fanaticism. CMON is teasing several more announcements before TempleCon, so stay tuned!
