Baroque

There have been a lot of conflicts across Europe over the centuries. There certainly were a lot from the 16th through the 17th centuries. It’s those dates that Dadi & Piombo have created miniatures rules for. They’ve placed them in Baroque, a new miniatures rulebook that’s now available in their webshop.

The book covers such armies as:
German Catholic (1618-32)
Swedish (1630-34)
English Royalist (1642-43)
English Parlamentarian (1642-44)
Ottoman Turk (1645-1700)
Later Imperial (1648-1700)
Later Polish (1632-1700)

With more coming as later supplements. The rules are based on the Impetus game system, so if you know how that one works, you’ve got a leg up.

And remember, if it ain’t baroque, don’t fix it. (just when you thought you’d get away without me making that joke, I grab it at the end)
