We’ve made it to Thursday. Just a bit more work and we’ll get back to the weekend. I’m sure we can do it. And while I’m thinking my weekend might be filled with a deep-cleaning of the apartment, that doesn’t mean you can’t go and do some gaming. In fact, if someone out there could do some extra gaming for me, that’d be appreciated. And when you’re out gaming, you’ll probably want to have some nice terrain. So let’s take care of that.
Today in the Terrain Corner we have: Industrial Pipe – 45 degrees Available From Tabletop Scenics, Acheson Creations’ Last Two Viking Buildings Now Available, and Dark Gotham Game Mat Available From Pwork Wargame.
Well, after a weekend that was exceedingly full of D&D (for me, at least), we’re back at Monday.
Can’t say I’m that thrilled about that, but waddyagonnado? So, while we start that long climb back to some days off, let’s make sure your gaming tables look as good as possible.
Today in the Terrain Corner we have: Priority Supplies Set Available From Fantasy Flight Games, Deep-Cut Studio Updates and Improves their Asteroid Game Mat, and New Infinity Terrain (and Tokens) from Micro Art Studio.
Obviously my favorite Terrain Corner of the week, it’s time for the Thursday Terrain Corner. I’ve got an almost ridiculous amount of gaming lined up for the weekend. And that means we’ll probably need some terrain. So let’s see what we’ve got.
Today we have: New Industrial Pipes From Tabletop Scenics, New Bases/Plinths Available From Tabletop-Art, and Loke BattleMats Release Desert Gaming Mat.
It’s Monday and I’m back in the office. It was a good, restful time away, all the annoyance with my computer and connection on Friday aside. Anyway, as we’re getting back into the swing of things, we need to make sure your gaming tables look good.
Today in the terrain corner we have: Brigade Models Releases More 6mm Underground Structures and More Viking Structures Available From Acheson Creations.
Welcome back, everyone. I hope you all had a safe and happy 4th of July, whether you celebrated anything special or not. I had a good time playing D&D and then watching the Great British Baking Show, just as our Founding Fathers would’ve wanted, I’m sure.
Also, my time sense is all screwed up. Yesterday I was off of work and played D&D, but it wasn’t Saturday. And today I’m not at the office, because I took the rest of this week off, but it’s not Sunday, and… yeah, just craziness.
But it is Thursday and that means a Terrain Corner for you!
Today we have: New Abyss Black Game Mat From Deep-Cut Studio, Miniature Building Authority is Celebrating July 4th with a 15% off Store-wide Sale, BIO-CRAFT Supersized Sci-Fi Gaming Terrain or 3D STL Files On Kickstarter, and Brigade Models – New 6mm Sci-Fi Underground Buildings.
Ok, so it’s Monday, and nobody really likes that. But at least for me, it’s going to be a short week at the office. We’ve got Wednesday off, and then I’m taking off Thursday and Friday for a nice bit of a summer vacation. I’ll still throw some posts your way, though. Don’t worry about that.
Anyway, as it’s Monday, let’s make sure your gaming tables look good.
Today in the Terrain Corner we have: New Imperial Assault Map From Fantasy Flight, New Fantasy Terrain Available to Order From Mantic, Heroic Maps – Explorer: Travelling Merchants, and Urban Ruins MDF Terrain Available From Pwork Wargame.
The work week continues along. We’re almost to that weekend again. I’ve got D&D again this weekend. What will our intrepid band of heroes get into this time? Hard to tell, but we’ll need a good-looking table for it. And that means terrain.
Today in the Terrain Corner we have: New Industrial Platforms – Reinforced Available From Tabletop Scenics, New 15mm Line of Terrain released by Crescent Root Studio, Resinarium Bridges adds a WH40K-style bridge for all backers, and Deadland: Fantasy Gaming Mat Available from Pwork Wargames.
Well, someone decided it needed to be Monday again.
I’m not entirely sure who it was that decided that, but when I find out, I’m going to give them a stern talking-to. I was enjoying my weekend!
Ah well, assuming everything goes to play, we’ll have another weekend here in several days. While we wait for it to get here, let’s make sure your gaming tables look their best.
Today in the Terrain Corner we have: New Sarissa Precision Dragon House, Dungeonfog Updates with New Curved Walls, and New Travel chests and boxes Set 1 From Tabletop-Art.
Thursday already? That’s not a complaint, mind you. Just a reaction. Seems the week has gone by quick. And while I don’t know if there’ll specifically be gaming this weekend, I know there’ll be authentic Mexican food. And that’s got me hyped (possibly even more than gaming! Churros are my kryptonite). In the meantime, though, we still gotta make your gaming tables look good.
Today in the Terrain Corner we’ve got: Shrine of the Lawgiver + Oven Mitt Preorder From Privateer Press, Heroic Maps – Modular Kit: Mossy Dungeon Chambers, Deep-Cut Studio releases game mats for RPGs that you can write on, Darkburg: Fantasy Gaming Mat from Pwork Wargames, and New Technical Platforms – 90 degrees From Tabletop Scenics.
And we’ve circled back around to the start of the work week. But, never fear, it will eventually be the weekend again, and more gaming will be had. And, with gaming, sometimes comes terrain. So, to make sure your gaming tables look as good as possible, let’s head into the Terrain Corner.
Today we have: New Imperial Assault Map Released From Fantasy Flight, Acheson Creations 20% Sale on More Adventurer’s Corner Products, and Official Frostgrave Mat Available From Pwork Wargame.
The week continues along. Wednesday, which is traditionally my longest day of the week (in feeling, anyway), is done, and we slide our way back down to the weekend. And with the weekend, hopefully comes gaming. And with gaming comes terrain. So let’s get your gaming tables looking good.
Today in the Terrain Corner we have: New Conan Tiles From Modiphius, Resinarium Bridges Up On Kickstarter, and Tabletop World Previews Fisherman House.
It’s Monday. And, to be honest, it was a not-at-all-gaming-related weekend for me. Sometimes you gotta take a break, y’know? For me, that included hanging out at home and watching Lost in Vegas. I came across their YouTube channel early last week and have just been going through their back catalog. I love their Free Thinkers motto. Even things you aren’t used to, you should give it a shot. And if you don’t like something, you can still express your opinion in a way that doesn’t degrade or belittle those that do like it. And you can still see value in things that you might not like. Just awesome, all around. So, if you wanna check ’em out, that’s what I was doing when I wasn’t doing gaming. But gaming is what we’ve got here today, and that includes making your gaming table look good.
Today in the Terrain Corner we have: Heroic Maps Releases Geomorphs: Basic Cave and LaserCutCard Previews New Containers.
The work week continues along. We’ve made it to Thursday. We can make it the rest of the way. I’ve been realizing the last couple days that I have absolutely nothing planned for this weekend. Which, after several that were pretty busy, might be just up my alley. I’m sure I’ll fill the time up with something. But what I’m filling your feed up with at the moment is terrain stories.
Today in the Terrain Corner we have: High Edgmoor Hall Map Available From Heroic Maps, Acheson Creations 20% Sale on New Adventurer’s Corner Product Category, and New Maps Coming From Paizo.
It’s back to the office. The weekend was good, with good gaming with good friends (and thanks to anyone that stopped by the Twitch stream), but it’s time to get back to writing articles and proofing rulebooks. But another weekend will be had, and more gaming will be had, and with gaming comes gaming tables. And to make sure yours look good, let’s get to some terrain articles.
Today in the Terrain Corner we have: Coastal Defense Bunker Available From Warlord Games, Caves Added to Dungeonfog, and Viking Half-Timbered Church Released From Acheson Creations.
The week continues along. Just gotta make it to that sweet, sweet Saturday. That’s when I’ll be getting my D&D on. I’m hoping you’ve all got some gaming lined up as well. If you do, you’ll want those gaming tables to look good. That’s just what we’re here to help with today.
In the Terrain Corner we have: AT Gun or HMG position Available From Warlord Games, Indirect Artillery emplacement Available From Warlord Games, Lunette + 5 Pointed Star Fort Available From Warlord Games, New Railing Gateway From Warlord Games, New Orkenburg Signs From Tabletop Scenics, 3D Printable Medieval Terrain Up On Kickstarter, and Cyber City Mat Available From Pwork Wargame.
It’s Monday, and I’m back at the… oh, wait. I’m not at the office. I’m in my living room, typing these up early and then planning on having a relaxing day. That’s rather nice. And, of course, thanks to those that have served in the Military to bring us this day.
But, as we honor the men and women of the armed forces, we also need to make sure the terrain for our little armed forces figures look good.
Today in the Terrain Corner we have: New Meso-American Items From Acheson Creations, Aerineya: Sky Temple Ruins Available From Heroic Maps, and Rooftops of Ditchbury Available From Heroic Maps.
Usually, Wednesday is the longest day of the week for me. It’s actually just as long as the others, in reality, but in feeling, it seems to take an eternity. Yesterday wasn’t so bad. It was Tuesday that felt never-ending. So we’ll see how today and tomorrow go. I’m certainly busy enough to make time fly. Soon, it will be the weekend, and I’ll be playing some games. And I need those games to look good. So let’s check out some terrain.
Today in the Terrain Corner we have: Acheson Creations Meso-American Sale Continues With New Columns, Printable Railway Tracks up on Kickstarter, War Sands: Fantasy Gaming Mat Available from Pwork Wargames, and The Pathway Project – Phase 2 – Sci-Fi Wargame Terrain Up On Kickstarter.
It’s Monday. We all knew it was going to happen. Not that we had to like it, of course. That’s not to say I’m mad about it being the start of the work week, but when you’ve had a great weekend, it’s always a bit of an, “… aw” to wake up Monday morning with a whole week ahead of you. At least it’s a long weekend coming up. So there’s that to look forward to. So, as we prep for paperwork, we can also prep for making our gaming tables look good.
Today in the Terrain Corner we have: New Infinity Terrain Tiles From Modiphius, New Cobblestone Center Map From Warzone40k, Frosty Plain Mat Available From Pwork Wargame, Flak and Coastal Bunkers sets Available From Warlord Games, and Heroic Maps – Geomorphs: Basic Dungeon Expansion Now Available.
It’s the latter half of the week. Just another few days and we’ll be back to the weekend. As always, I can’t wait. I’ve got D&D coming up Saturday. Our last session was over a month ago, and it was just an introductory one. This’ll be the real “Session 1” where we can actually get into the meat of our campaign. I’m ridiculo-excited about it. But, before we get there, we need to get your gaming tables looking good.
Today in the Terrain Corner we have: New Modular Bridges from Tabletop Scenics, New Farmer’s Guild Pitch From Deep-Cut Studio, and Dungeonfog Open Beta Launches.
What is it? Wednesday? Thursday? *looks at the calendar* Oh… Monday.
Must be an after-show Monday. They always feel like much further in the week. Ah well, my time at CMON Expo was pretty awesome. Will be looking forward to next year.
In the meantime, we need to talk about making your gaming tables look good while I go get a bit more caffeine.
Today in the Terrain Corner we have: Sally 4th 28mm scale Tramp Steamer kit Available For Pre-order, Meso-American Sale At Acheson Creations, and Deep-Cut Studio release official Morticians pitch for Guild Ball.
The week rolls on. We’ve gotten all the way to Thursday. And as you read this, I’m busy helping set up for CMON Expo. Yeah, they did a lot of set-up yesterday, but there’s always more to do. If you’re in Atlanta this weekend, stop on by. I’ll be down by the Media Room, hobnobbing with all the stars. 😀
But, in the meantime, I need to make sure your tables look as good as possible.
Today in the Terrain Corner we have: Gale Force 9 Previews Galactic Battlezones Terrain Boxes, Papierschnitzel Releases Samurai Village Builder, Deep-Cut Studio Releases Limited-Edition Space Mat, and Laser Terrain Co Modular Painted Terrain Up On Kickstarter.
As is always the case, we’ve circled back around and the weekend has given way to the start of the work week. It’s going to be a busy one, too. It’s CMON Expo this weekend, and, as always, there’s still a ton to do (that’s just the nature of conventions, as anyone knows). But before we get there, we need to make it through the next couple days, and that includes today’s Terrain Corner.
Today we’ve got: New Mechanicum Signs From Tabletop Scenics and
We’re continuing our way along the work week. We’ve come over the middle of hump-day yesterday and are sliding our way to the weekend. As predicted, my Wednesday did seem to take a while, but as I mentioned, that’s hardly anything new. We’ll see about making today and tomorrow go by quickly so we can get to Free Comic Book Day, Cinco De Mayo, and gaming! And if we’re gonna be gaming, we should make your gaming tables look good.
Today in the Terrain Corner we have: New Modular Bridges – Riffled From Tabletop Scenics, Fenris Games Running Rubble City Kickstarter, and Heroic Maps – The Giants’ Cave Now Available.
Let’s try to not focus on the fact that it’s Monday and we’re back at the office (even if it what we do is pretty awesome and we enjoy it a lot). Instead, let’s think back to the weekend we had and all the awesome gaming (at least, I hope you had some awesome gaming. I did, and there’s even video proof). Next week’s another chance for gaming. And, of course, if there’s gaming, there may be gaming mats and terrain. So let’s show you some new stuff now and you might be gaming on them next time you play.
Today in the Terrain Corner we have: New Saxon Longship From Sarissa Precision, Heroic Maps Releases Captain Bastide’s Pirate Den, New Industrial Terrain MDF Kits From Pwork Wargame, and New Tropical Swamp Mats From Deep-Cut Studio.
The week continues its inevitable march towards the weekend. It’s been a busy one for me, with lots of releases coming out tomorrow, there’s a lot of work to be done. Plus, you know, all the news (that’s fit to type). I’m really looking forward to some time off this weekend. I’m getting a bit run-down. But I’ve still got enough energy to get you your terrain articles.
Today in the Terrain Corner we have: Battle mat: Axis & Allies: War at Sea – Hexes Available From Warzone40k, New Felled Tree Trunk Terrain From Baueda, and Dark London Gaming Mat Available From Pwork Wargame.
Well, they say that April showers bring May flowers. Well, it rained most of yesterday and it’s supposed to rain for most of today, too. It’s hard to think of a Sunday where it didn’t rain, actually. Ah well, it washes all the pollen out of the air, so I can’t really complain too much. Anyway, as it’s Monday, that means we’ve got a long week ahead of us until we get to the weekend again. But that also gives us time to make our gaming tables look great for next week’s games. Time to help with that.
Today in the Terrain Corner we have: New Buildings for Bolt Action From Sally 4th, Lifeless Land Gaming Mat Available From Pwork Wargame, and New Mechanicum Elevator Available From Tabletop Scenics.
And we’re already into Thursday. The week continues along, speeding at full pace to that weekend that I know I love so much. Plus, it’s game day up at the library. So I’ve got that going for me. How about you? Any gaming planned this weekend Does it involve terrain? If it does, let’s make that terrain table look just a little bit better.
Today in the Terrain Corner we have: New Shipping Container Bridge Available From Mechanical Warhorse, New Grimdark Signs from Tabletop Scenics, Volkano Gaming Mat Available From Pwork Wargame, Heroic Maps Releases Fenherrick Monastery & Salt Marsh Maps, and Deep-Cut Studio teams up with Steamforged Games to releases official game mats for Guild Ball.
We knew it was going to happen. The weekend has ended and we’re back at the start of the work week. I had an exceedingly productive weekend of cleaning the den (though, for a while, I thought I was going to just sit at a railroad crossing forever, as the train that was on the tracks simply stopped, and there was no real way to turn around). But getting things done was definitely had. And as we start this week, we look forward to next weekend, and the games we’ll hopefully play, and the terrain we might be using in those games.
Today in the Terrain Corner we have: New Infinity Terrain From Warsenal, New Viking Buildings From Acheson Creations, Battlefields Normandy Bocage Map Available From Heroic Maps, and Big Book of Battle Mats Now Available.
As I was expecting, Wednesday took its dear, sweet time. I remember looking at the clock after having done some proofing of a couple articles and working on some product sheets and going, “wait… it’s only 10:30am? How!?!” Ah well, it did eventually end, and it included going to that Brazilian place I’ve mentioned before (Picanha forever!). So that brings us to Thursday, and with it being Thursday, we need to make your gaming tables look better.
Today in the Terrain Corner we have: Tree Trunks Available From Terrain Factory, Castle of the Holy Sands Available From Heroic Maps, The Lodestone Modular Magnetic Wargaming Tabletop Building Terrain Up On Kickstarter, New Reinforced Walls Available From Tabletop Scenics, and Darkburg Map Available From Pwork Wargame.
The week continues along. As is usual for me, it seems as though Wednesday took an eternity. But now it’s gone and I can continue to just focus on wanting to get to the weekend. D&D will be had. Not sure if this group uses much terrain in their games, but that doesn’t mean we can’t still talk about good-looking tables.
Today in the Terrain Corner we have: Games06 Creating Game Mats and Magnetic Scenery, New Release for Terra-Block Urban Block / Shopping Mall, Modular Kit: Desert City – Houses Available From Heroic Maps, Ships: The Queen of Swords Available From Heroic Maps, Ships: The Bloody Sunrise Available From Heroic Maps, Forge of the Fire Hammer Available From Heroic Maps, Deep-Cut Studio releases official game mat for Pacific Rim: Extinction by River Horse, and Warzone Studio Releases Saraha Game Mat.
Happy Monday, everyone! It’s a new month. Can you believe that 1/4 of the year is already over? How time flies. I know what really flew by was the weekend. I swear, it was Friday about 45min ago. But this upcoming weekend will hopefully arrive just as quickly, and I’ll be able to get my new character out and take them for a spin. But, before then, we’ve gotta get there, and that means making your tables look good.
Today in the Terrain Corner we have: New Temple Shrine and Walls From Sarissa Precision and New Cobblestone Road Segments From Frontline Games.
It must be a Thursday. I never could get a handle on Thursdays. Honestly, last night at several points, I thought, “Well, tomorrow’s Friday.” Oh was I not happy when I would remember, “wait… no… it’s only Thursday.” Kinda feel sorry for the day. It’s like, “hey there, day-that’s-not-quite-Friday. Thanks for seemingly just extending out the week some.” But it’s really not Thursday’s fault. It didn’t ask for this. And I think this metaphor has gone on long enough. Let’s talk about some terrain.
Today in the Terrain Corner we have: New Viking Stone House Available From Acheson Creations, Terrains4Games Easter Sale Happening Now, and Ice Planet Game Mat Available From Pwork Wargame.
Well, it’s Monday. I’m sure a lot of you out there are recovering from Adepticon. As you know, I didn’t go. Instead, I was busy making 3 new types of cookies (well, new to me, anyway. Snickerdoodles, White Chocolate & Macadamia Nut, and Jammie Dodgers aren’t brand-new types of cookies in the world). And now I’m getting ready to tell you about the quick Terrain Corner we’ve got.
Today: Arid Plain: Fantasy Gaming Mat from Pwork Wargames
Hello, Saturday Eve Eve. At least, that’s what I think of when I think of Thursday. I also start thinking about what I’m going to do over the weekend. Not long ago, I base-coated my Hunter’s Guild. They might just end up with some more colors besides flat black on them. Also, gonna try making Jammie Dodgers. We’ll see how that goes. But whatever I do, I also need to share terrain news with you. So let me do that now.
Today in the Terrain Corner we have: New Sarissa Precision Cricket Pavilion Set Available, Post Apocalypse Terrain Up On Kickstarter, New Modular Shopping Mall Board from Sally 4th, and New Industrial MDF Scenery Available From Pwork Wargame.
Aaaaaaand we loop around to Monday.
No, I’m not really a fan of it, either. But, that’s the way the world works. We can still try and make the most of it by thinking about next weekend and the gaming that will (hopefully) be had. And with that gaming probably comes terrain.
Today in the Terrain Corner we have: New Lord of the Rings Playmats Available From Fantasy Flight and New official Frostgrave Mat Available From Pwork Wargame.
