Second Official Infinity Bag preview

Battle Foam have sent photos of the second official Infinity miniature case that will be released soon.

From their announcement:

Here are the first pictures of the second Infinity Bag coming out this fall. Its called the Infinity Mini aka Beta Bag and will feature a smaller more compact size.

This smaller size is for the gamers just getting into the hobby and looking to test Infinity for the first time. This bag is also great for heading to a local friends house with just a few minis.

This bag and the Infinity Full size bag (aka Alpha Bag) will release at the same time early fall. The Beta Bag will not have the special addition model at launch time since that is reserved for the Alpha Bag.

Ps. There is also another picture of the limited addition model coming out with the Alpha bag.

Infinity May 2011 releases

Corvus Belli have posted details of their May 2011 releases for Infinity.

112, Emergency Service. (Light Shotgun, CCW) (Ariadna). The 112 collaborates with the Ariadnan army as an auxiliary rescue and medical assistance force. Their training as emergency response unit in the frontier territories of Ariadna turns them into field medics, as well as firemen and trackers. The 112 are the cheapest and easiest Doctors the Ariadnan players can line up. For the 112 members to be engaged in combat means a new opportunity to break things down with their hatchets and crowbars.

Corvus Belli have announced their April 2011 releases for Infinity.

Al Hawwa’ Unit (Hacker) Haqqislam 7,75 €
The Al Hawwa’, the ‘Snake Charmers’, are the secret security service of the Qapu Khalqi spaceships. Hidden amongst crew members or passengers, they always attack from surprise. These camouflaged infiltrators are cyberwarfare specialists and the spearhead of both the Qapu Khalqi, the Sultan’s Sectorial army, and the main Haqqislamite forces.

Infinity Hologram downloads

Corvus Belli have added hologram graphics for Infinity to their Downloads page.

From their website:

All along Infinity’s trajectory in the market, many players have requested the image files of the different holograms of Hackers and Engineers, and other graphic items supplied as acetate sheets, be downloadable for use in conversions or scenery projects.
 
Until now, Corvus Belli usually has sent image files by e-mail to any players who have asked for them. However, this was not enough, so Corvus Belli, listening to the Infinity Community’s requests, has gone one step further.
 
Finally, by popular demand, from April the complete range of the different holograms for all Infinity factions will be available completely free from the Infinity official website.

Corvus Belli have posted details and pricing for their March 2011 Infinity releases.

Ariadna Dozers, Field Engineers (Akrylat-Kanone) 7,75 €
The Dozers are the Ariadna’s field engineers and the responsibles of the robotic Traktor Muls, in both versions, the unarmed de-mining/transport and also the campaign light artillery carrier. But, in Ariadna, even the engineers have to fight in frontline, by this reason, the Dozers carry the Akrylat-Kanone, a weapon capable to stop the most powerful adversary without damage his armour or equipment, so, later, they can recover and recycle it!

Micro Art Studio will be making official terrain for use with Corvus Belli’s Infinity sci-fi skirmish game.

Corvus Belli have sent details and photos of their November releases for the Infinity sci-fi skirmish game.

William Wallace (EXP CCW) 7,75 Euros
The ALEPH’s Recreation of William Wallace, the legendary Scottish hero, was created to subvert the Caledonian clan society. But after his defection, he has become a symbol for the freedom and autonomy of Ariadna. His leadership skills are innate, but his greatest virtue is that he has the heart of a warrior, always advancing, ignoring enemy projectiles and proving his predilection for hand to hand combat. Ariadna Métros (Rifle, Rifle and Light Grenade Launcher) 13,25 €
The French-Ariadnan basic troopers are back. These reinforcements for the Métros are ready to complete any Merovingian or Ariadnan army list. Armed with a new support weapon, the Light Grenade Launcher, this light infantry’s ability to infiltrate enemy territory opens a range of tactical options. With this new Merovingian release, in October the word “victory” must be written in French.

PanOceania Hexas (Spitfire) 7,75 €
The PanOceanian bad guys have arrived. These Intelligence operators are equipped with Thermo-Optical Camouflage and the best technology to accomplish the secret agenda of the PanOceanian Military and Intelligence High Command.
