I find the cover art for this to be hilarious. I like the Cool Hand Luke in space thing they’ve got going on but five miners versus five security guards in what appears to be some furious pick axe versus electric baton action seems uninspiring. Plus, why do they have pickaxes in space? Where are the laser saws, thermal lances, and unobtanium bit drills?

    • Oh I love that cover art, there are so many awesome things going on. I think my favorite is the “cops” wearing sunglasses in a space mine. It has that proper B-movie feel to it.

Anyone who has fond memories of Necromunda’s campaign system might want to check this game out. I just gave the alpha rules a quick read and they look pretty impressive for a meaty campaign. That’s what I’ve felt is missing from Infinity and Deadzone. I love Infinity, but the campaign system here has earned me as a backer.
