Steamforged Previews Season 4 Guild Ball

A couple years ago, I had a whole thing about a “year of new editions” as various games were getting updates. I really should’ve been doing that this year, too. X-Wing, Pathfinder, Age of Sigmar all got new editions, just to name a few. Another game that’s upping the edition number this year is Guild Ball. It’s coming this fall, and seeing as it’s so soon, Steamforged has posted up their first preview of what we can expect.

Plaid Hat Games Announces Neon Gods Board Game

You know, back in the 70s and 80s, we had a much different idea of what the 2000s were going to be like. I mean, we’re less than a year and a half from 2020, and yet, I don’t think baseball is going to be like Super Baseball 2020 that I used to play on my Super Nintendo. But what if it was much more like that? The neon, the corporate takeovers, the flying cars, the gang warfare? That’s the future that Plaid Hat Games sets their Neon Gods board game in.

Fantasy Flight Previews the TIE Fighter For X-Wing

Besides the Star Destroyer, the most iconic ship in the entire Imperial fleet has got to be the standard TIE fighter, or TIE/ln for you that prefer such nomenclature. The “eyeball” was the main ship used by Imperial fighter pilots. Fast, maneuverable, and easy to build, what they lacked in shields, they made up for in being able to swarm the enemy. With the new edition of X-Wing coming out from Fantasy Flight, it’s time to take a look at how this ship will be changing.
