2nd Edition of DIG and Expansion Up On Kickstarter

Mining has been around since just about the dawn of civilization. There’s many great resources to be found underground, along with many shiny rocks. But the deeper you go, the more dangerous it gets. The ground is home to all sorts of menaces and monsters, and mining is a risky business. But down you must go, if you want to come back up with the prize. That’s what you’ll be doing in DIG, which is running a Kickstarter campaign for the 2nd edition of its game, as well as a new expansion titled DIG: Dragon.

Welcome to the world of DIG where every year a contest is held in which only the bravest and most fearless adventurers dare to participate.
To claim the victory you will have to survive the dangers hidden in the Hill and find more treasures than your opponents.
The deeper you dig, the more treasures you will find! But beware! Many traps and creatures are lurking in the bowels of the Hill. Equip yourself, hire Recruits and Companions with unique skills that will come in handy during your adventure.

The news quickly circulated in the world of DIG and new Companions as well as a new kind of Recruits, the Specialists, are now ready to lend their services for part of the loot.

DIG and DIG: DRAGON! walk the line between adventure, strategy, luck, and resource management. In this card-driven game and its expansion for 2 to 4 players, ages 8 and up, luck meets roleplaying and fantasy meets pixel art design, in an entertaining adventure lasting 20 to 45 minutes.

The Kickstarter is already open and will last until May 22nd.
