  • Battlegames price increase

Battlegames have announced an upcoming increase to the price of their wargaming magazine.

    From their website:

It’s just not possible to be unaffected by the economic factors buffeting all businesses at the moment, and on top of earlier hikes in postage costs, we’re now assailed by very high fuel and energy prices. To put the icing on the cake, my printers have just landed me with a price hike that I just can’t ignore, so I’m afraid that I’m going to have to increase the cover price of the magazine to £4.25 from next issue (15), due out at the end of October.

Check out their website for full details.

Really glad I took out the 2 year option

Should we buy other things to help your cash flow?

    Bob says:

No one likes a price increase but this is a small one and is not out of line with what other magazines cost. I think the content is worthwhile (although as a writer I’m biased!).

Did you intend for that to sound as sarcastic as it comes across?

    briguy says:

Zac: I don’t read any sarcasm, it sounds like genuine concern to me.

    Zac says:

Hence my question. I really hate how totally arbitrary it is when you read text.

    Maybe I’m just too sarcastic?

    Tardis says:

    I’d go with…you’re too sarcastic 8^)

Please don’t read things into words.

I like Battlegames, which is why I bought the two year subscription, and will happily promote Henry’s work
