A public service messages from Scale Creep Miniatures
Scale Creep Miniatures have sent along a public service message for those people attempting to order from them.
From their announcement:
We have added a large number of products to the catalog over at Scale Creep Miniatures across a wide variety of categories. Books, figures, terrain and accessories – there’s something new for every taste and every budget. However…
Normally, we use the uplink to the Scan-a-tron 3000 to determine which of these products we think you need (and can afford). Now it has come to our attention that many of you continue to doff the tin foil hat, made so popular by Marky Mark and the Funky Bunch. These stunning fashion accessories, while oh so cool, actually interfere with the Scan-a-tron 3000 signals. Why, just last week, we sent Mr. Arthur Timid, of Woking, a new complete 25mm army of Sassanids. His tin foil hat caused us to mis-scan the chip in his temporal lobe. In fact he was really secretly hoping for 250 grams of sausage. Regrettably his insurance refused to cover the re-insertion of the kidney he used as collateral, identifying it as “optional, cosmetic or Munchausen-derived” surgery. So don’t let this happen to you! Recycle that hat and let the Scan-a-tron 3000 do its work. You’ll be much, much happier, we promise (and if that doesn’t work, try the orange pill).
