Wow… That stirge. I thought they were supposed to be tiny-based. A pretty disappointing figure compared to the last one. At least it wont be a $5 uncommon, though.

The Gencon report also shows the drow demonbinder.
Seems this set is gonna be all about support and team building, which is pretty cool, as DoD didn’t at all and AtG was kinda shy in this too.

Stirge is a cheesemonger mini !!! Sweet !

Wow - a bunch of stirges could be a fantasy air strike on a key piece in an enemies force.

Get a few of them attached as watch your opponent squirm.

I loved the link to the original illustration - I remember that one from my mates basic D&D books.

It’s odd how that illo in a rulebook today would be seen as being poor. The content of the imagery and concepts of the pictures have always been there in D&D art - it’s simply the execution by the artists that’s got so much slicker as the years have progressed.

While not miniature relaated, but D&D related. I am completely pumped for the 4th Ed Forgotten Realms Players Handbook. Can’t wait to get my mittens on it. Can’t wait to see what nifty stuff they have for the rogue, and what other races make the list :D
