    Wow… and FFG’s march to consume the gaming industry continues! It is an interesting move. I can see it fitting the FFG model and not really fitting Days of Wonders. Curious of Days will focus more of its efforts on the board game market ala Ticket to Ride.

    It sounds like DoW is going to focus on board games and Memoir 44. Seems it was just to much for them to have 2 systems to feed expansions into in a timely manor.

    On the other side FFG continues is rapid expansion in the Electronic Arts of the tabletop world. I just hope that Battlelore doesn’t get lost in every growing FFG family of games.

    FFG really are eating up the opportunities.

    I wonder if this is the phase in their development where they grow a huge stable of products and the staff to support it before (in a couple of years) having to have an enforced night of the long knives to trim back to more manageable/profitable proportions.

    Either way - interesting to watch them eat up everything within reach, local gamer experts to FFG should be checking out their jobs listings as the rate they’re going at they’re likely to be looking for developers and writers for some time to come.

    wow, FFG seems unstoppable.
    I fear their terrible unrespect of deadlines will go even worse, with this constant addition of product lines…

    well, at least we’ll get plastic replacement dice for BattleLore ^^;

    I was wondering if they were going to pull a Mongoose when they got the GW license. I don’t see them imploding any time soon however, since their products have been consistently of good quality, and so far, they’re not going outside of their core strenghts.

    When they announce video games, I’ll worry.

    FFG is officially now the guy at dinner who goes, “You gonna finish that?….. Can I have it then?”

    nanite (Seth) - I believe they announced video games at Gen Con. An XBOX 360 version of Wings of War.
