Looks interesting, but I’d like to see better close up pictures…
Setting looks great and couple of ideas struck me (like vahicles-based gameplay or customizeable ruleset), but I second the request for some pics of models, if possible, as their site has none unfortunately…
This game looks really cool, and I will pick it up when it comes out.
Wow, I feel like the common thread on the “what would you like to see” question last week was a fallout/mad max type game. Sounds like this hits teh nail smack on the head.
The setting sounds cool, but at 20mm I’m gonna skip the miniatures line - uncompatable with 100% of the several hundred miniatures I currently own means no purchase from me and pretty much anyone I know and play with.
Good luck to them but I think going 20mm is gonna sink the game.

@killme I can see where you’re coming from, but I totally see why Aberrant chose 20mm
plus theres a mighty good chance to easily convert the many kinds of 20mm ww2 figs out there.
@chopa - I can see where WW2 figs would help - but if you are getting into it from the Rezolution side that kinda hurts appeal as your figures arent compatable. If they were going for a smaller scale I would have said 15mm as that is more widely established, still gives you small figures so your battles are over more terrain, and makes it a little easier to get the minis onto the table painted. 28mm would appeal to alot of people as well because of the large existing base of figures and vehicles to hijack/convert
I prefer 20 to 15mm. Not just because you can use a lot of the WW2 stuff, but also because sculpting quality tends to be better at 20 than at 15mm.
Sure, 28mm would please a lot of people, but you need a lot of space to really play a vehicle-based game in that scale. At least if it’s about more than than 1 or 2 cars & a couple of footsoldiers per side.
At 20mm you can use post-apocalyptic figures from other lines like GW’s Dark Future (if you can find them) or Stan Johanssen’s 20mm line of vehicle accessories to mod Hot Wheels’ cars.
Honestly, I’ve been wanting more games to move into the 20mm range. 28 is too expensive to do large scale stuff like Apoc. without breaking the bank and I haven’t found many 15mm that hold detail as well as I would like. 20 is a great compromise, and I would love to see a company level (or higher) sci-fi game at this scale. You can buy a WW2 company in 20mm (granted soft plastic; but still,) for less than 20 bucks.
Sounds like a great concept. Will be keeping an eye out on this one.

Noooo! Sounds fantastic, but I have no moneys!
SOOOO much cool stuff coming out. So few gaming dollars.
Don’t think any one will mistake these for Perry Twins minis, but I’ll give it a try when it comes out. Dark Future Redux. Bring on the 20mm figs, Hot Wheels cars and 1/72 tanks.
Yeah, maybe, if the rules kickass. But 20mm isn’t that attractive, in the long run.
I currently have several dozen Hotwheels cars converted for a mad max style game I play. The mini figs I use with these vehicles are 20mm moderns from Liberation miniatures. If you want all sorts of suitable figures look at the Libmins web site at RHMODELS. There are even some sci-fi figs from that web site and a range of cheap resin vehicles. I can’t wait for Warlands to go on general release !!!!
