I can imagine this guy in lots of different settings aside from Hell Dorado - looks like a versatile mini. |

I very much like it and seem to be in the minority that will actually use this in… Helldorado! :D |

I like him but he looks angrier as a mini than in the concept sketches. |

Judging from the recent posts, it sounds like Asmodee may have blown their chance at making a big splash in the American market. |

I think they certainly missed an opportunity to ride the initial buzz of excitement in their line. |

Keep the comments related to the news item at hand please. Open conjecture about Asmodee isn’t related to this news item. |

This miniature is too “busy” for my liking. There’s too many gubbins all over the place on him, he’d be a real headache to paint IMHO. |

While I agree this is a very detailed mini, I think it remains within the “enjoyably challenging to paint” realm. Unlike some Rackham models for example (which I loved very much but which were a pain to clean and paint), Saurav-Geet is not saturated with added details or intricate swirls on his armor/clothing. That is actually one of the things I appreciate about Hell Dorado’s models, the details are amazing but still painter/gamer friendly. |
