Good move by the big G. The less the playing base feel ignored, the better the PR will be. Glad to see that they are at last waking up and joining us in the 21st century...

One shudders to think of the emails he would get from a “Contact Jervis” form on the GW website

I shudder at the comments written about him on public sites. Good point, Zac.

Does anyone else find it amusing that GW requests feedback on the podcast be sent to Jervis by snail-mail?

Jervis has had to change his email multiple times due to the volume of spam he received making it impossible for him to check his mail.

Every time I try to access this I get sent to the "choose your country" page. How on earth do I get past that and to the article?

Edit: scratch that, just turns out the podcast is on the US site- but not the UK site. So much for 2.0...

Does anyone else find it amusing that GW requests feedback on the podcast be sent to Jervis by snail-mail? Aside from that, a podcast is a great move for GW. Welcome to the internet!

Derailing the comments but, how does the rulebook look? Lots of lovely new pictures? Based on my playing time, I'd be buying it a pretty sci-fi art book that happens to have rules.

:-O

That's a surprise - a very nice one too ( I'd certainly be pushing for an official podcast if I was working in a games company nowadays).

Nice job chaps!

Still listening to it and I'm very impressed. I think all companies should follow suit whenever they do a new release.
