damn, thats incredible. Such a cool fig. I’ll post my historical reference again for those that didn’t see. So cool that they use diabolical figures from our history:

      From Wiki:
“Gilles de Rais (also spelled Retz) (September 10, 1404 – October 26, 1440) was a French noble, soldier, and one time brother-in-arms of Joan of Arc, but is perhaps best known as a prolific serial killer.

He is distinguished also by his integration of his daily prayers with his nightly crimes, both of them being for him a path to ecstasy”

This paint job on this model is quite possibly the best I’ve seen. (In my own subjective opinion.) When I first looked at it I just said to myself, “That’s eerily good.” I will be getting this model and promptly never painting it as I know I can never do it justice, but I have to have it.

      That really does look good.

And as I suspected I now think it’s a great mini.

@Veritas I know what you mean about not painting things because of doing them justice. I’ve had that feeling on a few minis over the years.

@blkdymnd He sounds like he’d fit right into the modern day political arena.
