Flames of War articles and rebranded paint sets
The Flames of War website has two new articles and several spotlights related to their rebranded and remastered paint sets. The two articles look at the US Infantry divisions that fought in the Normandy Campaign as well as Kurt Meyer, Panzergrenadier commander in the 12. SS-Panzerdivision in Normandy.
Battlefront have also reworked their paint products.

This is our new range of paint sets. We’ve taken the opportunity to reorganise our paint sets as well as re-brand them with the Flames Of War logo on the bottles. Don’t worry they are still the same excellent Vallejo paints you all know. Jeremy, our head painter, has taken the chance to re-examine our initial choices in our original sets and has made a few changes as well as organising some new sets. We also introduce some addition products to aid your painting.

Has anyone used these “Shade” colors before? Or is it simply a relabel of the inks?
Doesn’t appear to be the case. They seem to be washes and not just inks. Inks aren’t designed to settle and these say that they are.
