Alpha batman does not use the same rules as regular heroclix, thats why it does not have it. Duo attack is still in the main rules.

Well, i spoke too soon...just read the Alpha Batman/Robin preview and saw the removal of duo attack rules... we'll have to wait and see where this goes then once we get more point costs revealed....

hmmm... duo characters make really cool looking sculpts, but i'm not convinced of their effectiveness gamewise.

the game is already skewed toward teams with more moderately powerful characters than less(but not always of course, there are certain broken tentpole single figures), and most of the duos so far have been of mediocre usefulness.

So far devil dino is the only real contender, and that's mainly due to some rules exploitation that may (or has been? I haven't kept up in the past 2 months) get plugged soon.

Now what will be interesting is if you can "split" them somehow if you have their single characters... the new alpha reinforcements rules may be able to address this, though it would probably really be made useful with houseruling.
