I thought they would be, I don't know, more subtle in their nascent evilness. These are almost a caricature of evil. They remind me of some of the Champions of Chaos warriors from the early 80's. It's true that some of the Black Númenóreans became Ringwraiths, but I think it would have been more interesting if they had just sculpted them as evil "High Men" instead of monstrosities. ps.
