I went with http://www.hotzmats.com/ they were fast, the mats were custom sized for exactly what I wanted and theyre beautiful. I just used them for the tournament we ran for warmachine at the trumpeter salute in Vancouver.

we bought 3 for our store too :D

Thanks for the suggestions, but warzone aren't mats and difficult to transport. It's kind of weird that there are a lot of games that are played on 4 x4 but no one makes normal flocked mats for them.

Zuzzy mats are not flocked and are a bit scenic specific but I would still recommend them over a big sheet that has only been flocked green, like train mats. Personal choice I guess.

GW mats generally have a "border" - the flocked area is *usually* 4' wide.

The mats I use are actually for model train dioramas and so they are wider than 8' x 4' and are intended to be cut to fit.

IAMNM even the GW mats are wider than 4' are they not?

Zuzzy has 4x4. I guess those aren't flocked, though. Don't mind me.
