stupid, stupid, stupid.
I was hoping they would sell the overseer by itself so we could at least fill out squads with the overseer.
Note : You can buy the resin therians by complete pack of 10 for a less expensive price than the Plastic ones…
Rackham seems to be shooting its own foot again.
so it seems that Rackham is starting their own Forge World.
That is pretty funny that these “niche” versions come in the perfect squad size. A maximum size unit including the mandatory three heavy weapons and a leader that you can swap out for one of the Golems. That is exactly how the regular models should have been packaged. It wouldn’t work for the other armies, but there’s no reason prepainted Therians couldn’t have been packaged like that.
I also never understand why the AT-43 figs are packaged the way they are other than to increase sales artificially.

Lets hope. I love Forge World. Their books are too darned expensive on average but I love their minis
Where on the site is this pre-order being displayed?
Right on the Home page. Well, I should say the link to pre-order is on the home page. The pictures are in the Gallery.
£25 isn’t a terrible price for these as you get ten minis and an actual squad. Still, it’s not the best. Nice minis though.
£2.5 each isn’t a good price?
It’s better to pay 3.2 euros a mini, than 4.6 as in the plastic version, if you like to paint… ;-)
They really should get pictures of properly cast models, or at least of models that have been trimmed of their mold lines. After having seen most of the late Ilyad games miniatures in the flesh (impressive details, much cleaner casts), I find it hard to believe a miniature company cannot achieve resin casts cleaner than that.
I still find the minis quite attractive though, and the price is very attractive. But I’m really afraid of what I’d get if their studio pictured minis are in such a bad shape already.
