There is a new company, Kingmaker Miniatures, that have recently opened up a new website to showcase their range of 28mm scale figures from the Hussite Wars.

Kingmaker Miniatures are a new figure company established by Stephan Hales (LittleBigManStudios) and Julian Blakeney-Edwards (Chiltern Miniatures and Valiant Miniatures).

Their first offering is a comprehensive range of 28mm figures covering the Hussite Wars. This fascinating period witnessed a revolution in Medieval battlefield tactics with the introduction of the war wagon and a huge increase in firearms. It pitted the predominantly peasant Hussite armies against Catholic Church forces consisting knights and men at arms.

The figures have been sculpted by Jim Bowen and Ian Mountain whilst the war wagons masters were created by Ian Armstong. This collaboration has created a comprehensive range of figures and ordnance. Customers can be assured they will not have to wait for the range to be completed.

Stephen Hales has designed a superb range of shield, pavise and banner transfers to compliment the range.
